Pick-up/drop-off is free at our location near USC -9-Speed Automatic Transmission w/ Turbo engine -19-inch AMG Alloy Wheels -Burmester Surround Sound System -Keyless Entry -Heated Front Seats -Neck Heater (to keep you warmer when it gets a little chilly with the top down) -Black Soft Top Sports Package -AMG Body-styling -Diamond grill with chrome finish -Flat-bottom Sport Steering Wheel Premium Package -Navigation with Voice Control -Ambient Lighting (you can switch to whatever color you want!) Note: The C-class only takes 91 premium gas. I was in town for a meeting with a producer as well as my friends birthday. I’m a very busy young man, and being short on time I reserved my car for midnight, 30 minutes after I landed. Upon arrival, I followed the instructions for picking up the car. No key in the lock box. Not to mention, I was in a very dangerous, rural area, did not feel safe at all. When I reached out, the company first tried to offer me a car I did not pay for nor want to accommodate for the key not being in there, I passed and insisted they fix this problem. Instead I was told to wait until the morning to receive my car. Morning comes, I am getting no response from the rental company as I was promised someone would deliver the car to me at 7am. Did not happen. 3 hours pass and I finally receive a call. Turns out they weren’t putting the key in the lockbox because of grand theft auto going on in the area. This was not communicated to me before my trip, not in the description, and not when I was standing in the middle of LA at 1 am in the morning. Finally I get the car at 11, 11 hours past when I paid to actually obtain the car. The car itself ran like a beauty. No issues with cleanliness, mechanical, or anything beyond how the company handled the situation. Now at this point it’s becoming time for me to return the car. But when given the key by one of the owners I was told just return it when I can on Sunday for the inconvenience, Sunday comes and someone different answers the phone for the 3rd time (meaning that every time I’ve talked to someone it’s been a different person which isn’t a problem but they weren’t all up to date with what was going on in their company which is a problem). She told me to have the car back by 11am and there will be no late fee charge! I couldn’t believe it. Not to mention I was already anxious because I had to drop my friend off for his birthday brunch that I to miss to catch a flight and drop a car off that should have been delivered and picked up for me after what I went through. Still though, throughout this terrible experience, I was very very polite, communicative, and responsible. Also! The car was given to me on E! Although the car is a beauty I will not be recommending this company to anyone and if you are reading this, please, save yourself the hassle. I wouldn’t have given such a bad review if I wasn’t threatened with late fees, and compensated for getting a car 10 hours late that I paid 350$ for. With all that being said, I hope the company does better for others in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and letting me use the car. Have a good one!

Very easy to pick up and drop off, my flight got delayed last minute and he answered within minutes to allow me to extend my trip, not once but TWICE! I would recommend!

Car was awesome, except for a few minor quirks, and gas was only at 3/8 when I picked it up. Pickup was a little bit messy. Had to reach out when we got our bags to try and get the cars location, and took some time for the dispatcher to find where the car was parked. also had to reach out to get instructions for drop off. First time using Turo and would probably try it again, but communication could have been more proactive to make it a smoother trip.
