See GUIDELINES and/or FAQ #9 below for very important information about our rentals and your protection. One of the very first Tesla Model 3’s released to the public. It comes with Enhanced Autopilot (Beta) that will match speed to traffic conditions, keep within a lane, automatically change lanes, transition from one freeway to another, exit the freeway, and self-park at your destination plus full Self-Driving capability (when available). If not driven responsibly it has the potential to do serious harm to yourself and other road users. Premium heated Vegan seating and cabin materials throughout, including open pore wood décor and two rear USBs 12-way, power adjustable front seats, steering column and side mirrors, with custom driver profiles. Guidelines

When you receive the Model 3, it will be charged above 70% (unless requested to be charged more). It's recommended for daily driving to charge to 90% for battery conservation. If traveling longer distances, it's ok to charge 100%. If you are traveling: you can charge basically anywhere there is a wall outlet. However, our Tesla Model 3 comes with FREE (until March 5, 2018 - see FAQ #10) Supercharging for My Tesla Rentals' travelers at any of the Tesla Supercharger stations nationwide -drive to LA or San Francisco and back without paying a dime in electricity, or gas! Check out all the spots here: https://www.tesla.com/supercharger There are 1000's more available charging spots you can find here: https://www.plugshare.com. Many hotels and Airbnb's offer free plug-ups for guests. Plus, we include an 110V charger cable, if needed. Charging is as easy as pumping gas. Just plug-up and the car does the rest. It will show the status on the 15" touchscreen. Absolutely: No smoking. No open food or drinks. No animals. No drag racing or hard accelerations or decelerations. Our Tesla can only be driven in the USA and Canada, and NOT IN MEXICO. Please do NOT wash the Tesla, wipe it with anything, or spray anything inside, as the car may be damaged. The Tesla is always professionally detailed with care, personally by me!. Please do not bring sand, dirt, sharp objects inside the Tesla to avoid damage to seats and interior trim. Limit excess lotions (Sunscreen, suntan, moistures, etc.). Please do NOT transport anything that can leak and cause damage. If you have a child car seat, please use a blanket to protect the seating material.. Journalists not permitted. Absolutely no disassembly or inspection allowed. No unauthorized publishing of vehicle data, photos, or video. This is not a press loaner or engineering vehicle. Please be careful of curbs and other objects that may hit the bumpers or wheel rims of the vehicle. This vehicle sits fairly low to the ground, and it is easy to scrape the bumpers and wheels on curbs. While in Reverse the rear-view screen white guide-lines are representative of the wheels' positions, so be careful as you back-up. Remember, any damage you cause is your responsibility, as with any rental car firm, and you will be charged for repair costs, which can be expensive. 'PRIVACY POLICY' AND 'DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY' DISCLOSURES ASSOCIATED WITH MY TESLA RENTAL VEHICLES AND TURO CAN BE FOUND BY CLICKING THE LINK BELOW. Faqs

  • Do I need to return the Tesla washed or charged?
Due to my Tesla being very new we like to wash it ourselves. Returning at full-charge level needed: No! However, charging fees apply (see FAQ #9) and will be added to your Turo bill to cover the cost of recharging to level at pick-up. Just be sure not to return it with less than 10% battery. If less than 10%, a $10 convenience fee will apply.
  • How and where do I charge?
When you receive the Model 3, it will be charged above 70% (unless requested to be charged more). It's recommended for daily driving to charge to 90% for battery conservation. If traveling longer distances, it's ok to charge 100%. If you are traveling: You can charge basically anywhere there is a wall outlet. Plus, we include an 110V charger cable, if needed. Charging is as easy as pumping gas. Just plug up and the car does the rest. It will show the charging status on the 15" touchscreen.
  • Where can I pick-up the car?
We will deliver and pick-up a car as far as Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Las Vegas (LAS) and other California International Airports for minimum rentals of 5 days or more, however, an additional fixed charge of up to $250 or more will apply depending on the location and circumstances. This is one charge and includes both pick-up and delivery. Additional planning time may be required, so please book as early as possible; please at least 48 hours notice! This is a pre-set non-refundable fee in case of a delay or cancellation. Fresno Airport pickup is a breeze, send me your flight number or arrival time and text me when you land. I'm 15 minutes from the airport. You can pick-up the car near my home almost anytime, If you would like me to bring the car to you at the Fresno Airport or virtually any public convenient location within my "Free Delivery" area, I ask that you give me a ride home. "Ride Home" can include you driving me home or calling Uber or Lyft for me, or another mutually acceptable means for me to return home. This allows me to offer the delivery service FREE to you. Please contact me with any questions. One-way rentals are also available at an additional fee depending on the circumstances. Any special requests? I'm at your service. We strive to make your experience of renting from My Tesla Rentals as convenient and pleasurable as possible. Please let us know how we can help make that happen for you!
  • Do you have other Tesla models?
Yes, My Tesla Rentals also has a 2017 Tesla Model S, which was delivered in Nov 2017. Let me know if you have any questions on this Tesla Model S. You can get to my other Teslas from my profile by clicking on my name or photo.
  • How do I learn to operate a Tesla?
Tesla has produced short, but very useful instructional videos - I would be happy to give you the link(s). Also, I will take the time necessary to personally instruct you as to the Tesla's operation - we're here to help you!
  • How do I use the key card?
Here is a handy article on the web about using the key card. https://electrek.co/2017/09/22/tesla-model-3-how-keyless-and-phone-entry-works.
  • How low does the car sit?
Please be careful of curbs and other objects that may hit the bumpers or wheel rims of the vehicle. This vehicle sits fairly low to the ground, and it is easy to scrape the bumpers and wheels on curbs. While in Reverse the rear-view screen white guide-lines are representative of the wheels' positions, so be careful as you back-up. Remember, any damage you cause is your responsibility, as with any rental car firm, and you will be charged for repair costs, which can be expensive - see FAQ #8.
  • WHAT IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE INFORMATION SHOULD A TRAVELER KNOW BEFORE RENTING?
'PRIVACY POLICY,' 'DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY,' AND LEGAL DISCLOSURES ASSOCIATED WITH MY TESLA RENTAL VEHICLES AND TURO ARE AT THE LISTING BELOW. PLEASE READ AND SEEK LEGAL ADVICE, AS THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FhU2HgRQAoAf5dwfhTAdnSvXRczDq7Ana1J-My6yI_g/edit?usp=sharing
  • What is the cost of Tesla Supercharging and how am I billed?
The amount Tesla charges me will be billed as an extra on your Turo account. Also, you will need to return the car with the same charge level you received when you picked it up. For every 1% charge under the amount you received at pickup you will be assessed a fee of $.27 per 1% (10% required minimum charge at return or assessed fee of $2.70), which will be charged to your Turo account at final billing. If you return it with an additional charge level, we will offset your additional charging fee, if any, at the same rate of $.27 per 1%.
  • Can I try Autopilot, Summon and Self-Parking?
Yes. All of these features are available with my 2018 Tesla Model 3; however, these features are still in the beta stage, which means Tesla was comfortable enough to release these features to the public with the correct supervision of the driver. I've used them and other Turo renters have used them and everyone is psyched about them. They are some of the neatest experiences. I can show you how at our meetup.

Would definitely rent again!

Omar A.-25. Nov. 2018

Dan was a true professional and amazing guy. Punctual, easy to work with, and genuinely friendly. If you’re a potential Tesla buyer can’t recommend taking one from his fleet through the hills or NorCal enough. Thank you again Dan!

Matt A.-5. Nov. 2018

We took Dan’s Tesla model 3 out of town to the LA area for the weekend and kept it a couple of extra days around town. About 700 miles of driving and charged at the Superchargers 3 times. Total cost was about $35. The car corners and accelerates like a dream. We tried the auto-pilot on the grapevine and hours of LA traffic. It made both stress-free. Dan was very helpful in the delivery and drop-off process, we would definitely rent from Dan again!

Daniel is one of the most humble men I have met. He was willing to work with my wife and I from the very start and we couldn’t have been more happy to rent from him. He gave us very clear information about the car and walked us through the main functions of the vehicle. His Tesla was very clean and was perfect for what we needed. He provided us with great support and we were able to ask a lot of questions. We are looking forward to the next rental!! Thank you again. Very appreciative of the experience.

Christopher N.-21. Mai 2018

This was my second time renting from Daniel and everything went great like before. The Model 3 was in immaculate condition and was everything I hoped it would be. It’s clear that Daniel works hard to keep his cars in good shape. Daniel was friendly and showed me everything I needed to know about the thoroughly modern car.
