Sebastien is a nice guy. Shows up on time and very responsive during trip. Insured that I was fully satisfied with my rental. He was very accommodating which allowed for easy pick and drop off.

The rental went smooth there were a few hiccups that happened for the pick up time and I got delayed for about two hours however he said he was going to see what can be done to balance out the wait time. Other than that the car ran smooth it was good mileage and Sebastien was very professional, and appreciate him trying to accommodate me as soon as possible!

The car was perfect / great working order - fantastic air conditioning (massive heatwave going on). Having the option of the ez pass (for tolls) and the WiFi hotspot made this trip much easier for us. Victor is a doll and had no issue with us having a different pick up point from the drop off area. Very easy to talk to - excellent communication leading up to and including on the trip. If in the area again I would ABSOLUTELY rent from him again!
