1 - Unlike a traditional rental car service, Turo policy states that you must return the car as clean as it was delivered. The cars are pick up from my house and I do not have a car wash at home like a traditional rental company. Cars are usually booked back to back so usually there is not enough time to get the cars ready for the next guest. The low rate per day of my cars is offered because cars are expected to be returned clean.
This doesn't mean you need to return the car spotless! Most of our guest just taking the time to use a vacuum to tidy up any dust, dirt, or debris left inside. While our main concern is with messes on the inside, (seat configuration must be returned same way) excessive dirt on the outside will need to be taken care of with a quick gas station or self serve wash. In some cases due to weather or time, we may have to deliver the car to you with some dust on the exterior. In those cases we will provide options to forgo an exterior wash.
2 - NO PET, NO SMOKING OR VAPING
No smoking or pets allowed in the vehicles. (Other guests might be allergic). Absolutely no tobacco, marijuana, liquid, etc smoking or vaping in the vehicle. Violators will be pursued for up to the full extent of Turo's $250 smoking fine. For the enjoyment of everyone, we are forced to utilize professional ozone decontamination when this occurs.
3 - GAS MUST BE REFILLED
Gas refilled back to same level that you pick up. No hard feeling whatsoever. Gas will always be full on pick up.
4 - Please book at a time you are able to pick up on time and return on time. This allows the next guest to get their reservation on time. I too work and have things to do. I will always honor a reservation so please respect my time.
