Description

This spunky 2.0L Turbocharged Sonata has a little bit of everything for everyone. Infinity audio system with bluetooth and HD radio, panoramic electric sunroof, heated front and rear leather seats, and up to 33 MPG's on the highway. Close to the MSP Airport. In the winter months, it is equipped with winter tires for better control and safety.

Guidelines

Carseats and pets are welcome, but I request the seats be covered for each. No smoking. Please bring the car back clean and ready for the next renter. If the car gets dirty and you do not have time to take it to get washed, you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. If you forget to refill the tank, not a problem - you'll be charged for the price of the gas plus a $15 convenience fee. I'm expecting you to be on-time for the pickup and return of the car. If you are later than 15 minutes you may be assessed a charge based on what Turo allows for late fees. If you know you're going to miss the time, it's always best to let me know ASAP so we can work out arrangements. The one exception to this is if your flight is delayed, I will work with you to get the car. This may mean that I drop it off in short-term parking for you to pick up (this would then mean you pay $5 for the first hour, and $3 for every hour after drop-off). Don't forget to enjoy your trip!

  • How easy is it to get to the car's location?
    It is 15 minutes south of MSP Airport. I provide pickup and drop-off at the Airport for a fee.
  • Does the car have roadside assistance?
    Yes, the car has Hyundai Assurance Connected Car, which includes: Automatic Collision Notification SOS Emergency Assistance Enhanced Roadside Assistance In the event of an accident or incident of any kind, no matter where you are, you are not alone. Hyundai-trained operators stand by 24/7/365 to immediately summon help for any reason, whether life-threatening or merely inconvenient.
  • How clean will the car be?
    I do my best to keep the car washed and vacuumed after every trip.
  • Do you allow smoking?
    I do not allow smoking in the vehicle.
  • How does Airport Pick-up and Drop-off work?
    Before you board your plane, just send me the flight number and whether you have checked bags or not. Then notify me when you land. It generally takes me 10-15 minutes from when I'm notified to when I can be at the gate for pickup. We'll then drive back to my house where we'll take pictures of the car and take the mileage, etc. This is ~13 minutes southwest of the Airport. If you have 4 or more passengers, or are in a hurry, let me know and I can arrange to drop off the car in the short-term parking ramp. This will be an extra $5 since you'll pay the parking on your way out. For the drop-off, it is the same process in reverse, and I'll drop you off right outside the ticket counter. This method drastically lowers stress for both of us as we do the exchange, and gives you a chance to get familiar with the car before merging directly into heavy traffic.
  • Are you flexible with times?
    I try to be flexible when possible. I also request that all changes to times be done within Turo, and if it can't be done, then ask me if it will work. The earlier you communicate any problems or changes, the more likely I'll be able to accommodate. If a requested change causes me to incur an extra expense, such as needing to take an Uber, park the car in paid parking, etc, then I request you pay those expenses. Keep in mind that others are renting the car before and after you, so sometimes changes are not possible without disrupting their trips.
  • How often do you service the vehicle?
    This car has always had the dealer recommended service intervals, with most of the service being done at the dealership. There are no outstanding recalls or service issues, and everything is in working order.
