1st & foremost, VERY AFFORDABLE. 2nd, Carlos was great at communicating in a timely manner. 3rd, Convenient; I needed a car fast, because my car suddenly became inoperable, & I was able to pick up the Nissan Sentra the very next evening in time for me to use for business relations. 4th, Flexibility; I ended up having to purchase a vehicle, & since I couldn't be in two places at the same time I needed to drop off the Nissan a few hours early. Not only did Carlos approve the change of my trip, Carlos made arrangements for me to drop off the Nissan with a trusted co-worker/friend of his. Thank you so very much guys! You made my experience in renting the Nissan amazing, & stress~free. I will look into renting from Carlos in the near future when I have the Perma Plate added to protect my New 2018 Rav4 XLE upholstery.
