Please when booking tell us where you are traveling with the car to void penalties . We do not accept trips out of Miami Dade or Broward -We will do our best to please our clients, and meet their expectations -since we rent cheaper, some cosmetics on our cars could be present . - we appreciate our clients sincerity to travel only ,within Miami- Dade area. and broward Long trip policy :Renters not giving us a previous notice for long trip ,are fully responsible for towing cost and for any emergency mechanical breakdown fixing. -For Pick up and returning the car, some slight changes might happens, Specially, if it is between 6 pm and 10 am .Between 6 pm and 11 pm , Tony might not be available always , but coordinating by SMS, or Turo’s platform , would work perfectly , for both sides .Comprehension is appreciated is this matter. -Returning the car with less Gas level, would be disadvantage for the client, for us to fill the tank will be charged, 7 dollars per gallon . -Parking Tickets is very common in Miami , not disclosing it will make you pay much more expensive , from 18 $ would trigger it to 48 $ . we will hold you responsible to pay with late fees so please make sure you disclose it when you return the car. -Make sure you communicate and deliver the car , at the end of the trio without any delay , hoping you know how expensive is the late return and the protection would be ended with the end time for the trip . -We really appreciate, your comprehension , since we carry 45 cars on the platform with Turo . -Haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para complacer a nuestros clientes y cumplir sus expectativas -Puesto que alquilamos más barato, algunos cosméticos en nuestros automóviles podrían estar presentes. - apreciamos la sinceridad de nuestros clientes para viajar solo, dentro del área de Miami-Dade. -Para recoger y devolver el automóvil, pueden ocurrir algunos cambios ligeros, Especialmente, si es entre las 6 p.m. y las 10 a.m. Entre las 6 p.m. y las 11 p.m., es posible que Tony no esté disponible siempre, pero la coordinación por SMS o la plataforma de Turo funcionaría perfectamente para ambas partes. I will never rent from TURO again. I prefer Enterprise because you get what you pay for.

Careful about doing business with this man. I went through every possible means to correct a problem I ran into, and he became opportunistic and unpolite. I parked where I should not have and got the car towed, and he became impossible to work with him. After I was unable to get the car back from the towing company, I return the key. He had little intentions of getting the car soon, even though his business is within 10-20 min to the towing company. He was also unwilling to provide any paperwork so that I can get his car back. I had to call Turo to have him confirm that I had given him the key so I can get released from the liability of the car. If it was not for the outstanding customer service I got from Turo I would have gotten a much larger bill from the towing company. On top of that, I had two items I left in the car. I had to contact Turo again to get my things back. One of them I got back, the other I just gave up and called it a loss. He, threatened me to call the cops if I texted him, but he does a terrible job at checking his messages in Turo. I saved all our text messages as proof that my text messages were not overwhelming nor unprofessional. This man tried to play the victim several times. However, many other renting companies would have given me the required paperwork to get the car back.
