Taylor was very helpful with the booking process and allowed me to extend my booking an extra day! My car was in the shop with brake issues so this was a huge help! Super convenient and fairly priced in comparison to major car rental companies. Would highly recommend booking with Taylor!

Rental was great! Alex was very cordial and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He spent some time explaining how to use the more unique features. The car was a pleasure to drive and very well kept. The one bit of advice I'll give is to watch your range as you drive. If you have a more aggressive driving style, you might find your range falling faster than you expect, as I did. Try not to cut it close on your planned trips between charges and your maximum range.

This was my second time renting a car from Monica and once again I have nothing but good things to say about the rental process! I was in town to visit my son. I was very curious on how the Tesla Model 3 would be to drive around town and the charging would work out. I drove about 60 miles a day so it was easily recharged from a 120v outlet. The quickness and quiet ride are definitely a plus. Driving this car does take a little getting used to. I found the autopilot feature to be a little scary at first. It is like being a passenger while sitting in the drivers seat. I was constantly getting shocked by the cars darting in and out of traffic around me because you set a constant speed for the car while different sections of the road have different traffic flow speeds. You can easily increase and decrease the autopilot cruising on the wheel which I finally realized was necessary. Finally when I set the cruise high it would stay at a constant distance from the car in front of me without the need for adjustment. Overall it is an experience worth every penny.

Taylor allowed me to extend the hours last minute and that was a huge help. The car is beautiful and spotless. Will rent again when back in town to visit kid at university! Great deal, great quality. ❤️

Taylor’s Volkswagen was REALLY great. The car ran smoothly, was clean, and easy to operate. I would definitely want to rent this car again. Additionally, I really appreciated Taylor’s flexibility. He met us at a very convenient location and was really easy to communicate with. The only complaint I had is that towards the end, Taylor requested that we wash the car inside and out. That wasn’t listed in the original description, and frankly, it was a major inconvenience request. I’ll give 5 stars because luckily he agreed to not charge me.

Picked up the car right on time. Kathy, Damon's wife, explained how to charge the Volt and where to release the gas cap. Car ran fine. Good trip!

I can’t say enough good things about both Monica and her vehicle. She was incredibly flexible when she learned I was running late to pick up her Ford Focus and was so cheerful throughout all our communication. She responded promptly and clearly throughout the process. The vehicle itself is very easy to drive (great condition) was very clean and is a flex fuel vehicle so I was pleased with how affordable it was to refill the tank! If you’re looking for a cost efficient, safe, and pleasant driving experience I would highly recommend getting in touch with Monica!
