We rented the Mazda 6 for a little over a week. The car was very clean when we picked it up and Diana was very friendly. Our trip was great and we were able to extend the time for our rental with no issues. They are very excellent with communication. Had a hiccup on the last day of our trip... absolutely no fault of Camilo’s rental, but things have gone very smooth and I am satisfied with our experience.

Our trip with Camilo's Mazda 6 was a smooth and seemless process. The interior was a little worn, otherwise the car ran well and gave us just what we needed. Using Turo was a much easier process than any other car rental, so I highly recommend it.

C&M did a stellar job of simulating the traditional rental service. They made check in so easy and answered any questions I had promptly.

I have been using Turo because, I was without a car since, “was in need of a new turbo engine.” I forget the exact words of the mechanic; I was too mind blown over the fact that 1- I didn’t have a car and needed a new one, or 2- I needed to pay thousands of dollars for this new so-called “turbo engine.” Bottom line: I didn’t have a car, and to say my spirits were deflated, would be an understatement. That being said, while I can’t say, “the purpose of my trip was a leisurely one,” I will say this- Turo, most definitely provided me with quite the leisurely distraction that no other car rental service would have been able to provide. I doubt CarMax or Hertz would have provided me with the leisurely distraction I needed by offering me one of their sedans. It has been both a pleasure to meet and work with Demian. Both he and his wife, are very good at working with their client’s needs, which in turn makes the whole experience a pleasant one. I am new to Turo; this would be my 3rd trip. As much as I love the service, and find it to be both innovative and genius - it’s the owners that determine what sort of experience you have, since they are the ones you interact with the most. My 7 year old daughter and I, had a blast & some good ole fashioned mother daughter bonding driving this convertible Mini Cooper. Plus, it’s easy to forget you’re sans a vehicle when you’re driving with the top down and feeling like Grace Kelly! While this particular model is a 2010, I would have never known or guessed it, had he not told me; it’s obvious it has been well cared for because of its condition. It’s red interior is as beautiful as ever, and it’s easy to maneuver once you understand the mechanics, which of course Demian took the time to explain. That being said, if you’re looking for a convertible with a fair price, and an owner who is both flexible and pleasant to work with- Demian is your guy!! Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great time driving the 4C, fun to drive you rarely find another one in Miami. Also not to forget to mention that Phil was very kind and flexible and I would probably rent a car from him again.

It was great to rent a car with standard transmission. Camilo returned emails promptly. Just be careful with the horn, I used it to thank a driver, and it stuck a bit. First time using Turo and I will use it again when I get the chance.

Camilo was awesome to work with! He was very accommodating with my arrival and changing my 10pm dropoff to 5:30 am the next day. There was a roughly 20 minute wait for our carseat that was forgotten, so it might benefit you to verify your carseat is ready to be handed to you or in the car before you pick it up. We all make mistakes! Otherwise, everything was great, Highly recommend! Thank you, Camilo! 😄

I was a first time turo user and I have to say everything was great. Except for the initial slight glitch in communication, caused probably by a temporary fault of the message board. But I have to say the turo support center was extremely quick in resolving this issue. Phil is a great guy to rent a car from! He is professional, polite, flexible. He was on time for pick up( even arrived ahead of time) and return. Showed me around the car, helped me with signing in for the trip. I would absolutely recommend renting a car from him. And the car was fantastic as well. Drove like a dream! I am sure I will do this again!!

Rented one of Christopher’s vehicle for one month. Owner is responsive, flexible, and kept his word to keep me in a vehicle when the car I had rented was booked by another driver before I could extend. I’m now in a second rental agreement with Christopher. Cars are clean, fueled at pick up. Return is easy and drama free.

I travel so much i basically only drive rentals. I'm a platinum member for Sixt. Hertz gold. Emerald at national. Etc. This experience was revolutionary for me. Very excited to continue with Turo. Phil's service and profesionalism was excellent.

Amit was very helpful and even went out of his way to come find my friend's and I after our Uber dropped us off in the wrong location. He walked me through all of the car's features and existing small dings and dents, he was very thorough and professional. The car was perfectly clean, gassed up, and great across the board! 5 stars!

I definitely had a great experience! Pickup was a little of a mission due to GPS not putting the address in correctly. But we spoke on the phone and he guided me through step-by-step. Great patience and communication. He had the car detailed for me right before I arrived. He walked me through some of the features of the car. Speaking of the car, what a beauty! Phil is a very polite and knowledgeable car guy who took the time to show me how everything works on the 4c. I read many car reviews on the 4c before renting it and was unsure if it would check all the boxes. The Alfa ended up being more than I could ever ask for. It is great to look at from every angle, it handles like a dream, and it gets Ferrari levels of attention everywhere you go. If you are hesitating renting a 4c, I would recommend you to rent Phil's and I promise you won't want to give it back. It is probably one one of the most fun cars I have ever driven in my life. Phil is a good guy and you should definitely rent from him.

The car was in excellent condition and really cool extras. Included free SunPass, convenient parking access anywhere which was a life saver since I was traveling with two babies. Chris and his wife are awesome hosts. They are extremely flexible and understanding. And provide excellent customer service. I was on foot to pick up the car and Mrs. Smith came to my rescue saving me about 20-30 mins walking time. I am saving them in my favourites in plans to rent with them in the future.

No frills - the car still runs well! As advertised except 2 doors instead of 4. Got my errands done and made it to and from just fine. The car is also fuel efficient! Camilo and his team were flexible with extending my trip and answered within minutes.
