James was amazingly kind, helpful, friendly and cool! Best rental exchange I've had by far! the car was super nice too! Just a heads up to people who are new to the newer nissan leafs (like I was. i learned the hard way!): Range is cut in half when you drive on the freeway, and fast charging heats up the battery. A warmer battery charges slower and is therefore more expensive to charge. It takes several hours of non driving for the battery to cool down, so try not to do a fast charge when the battery is still warm or it'll be expensive! i suggest reading the first couple chapters of the manual when you get the car:). Thank to James for an awesome rental experience!

Wow where do I start! James is the definition of excellent customer service!!! This was my first time ever in a Tesla and James made sure to explain every single detail about the car to me and also did a test drive with me so that I could become comfortable with the functions of the vehicle! I will be renting again he truly made my trip hassle free!!

Really sweet car, I’m so glad Shubham made this available to rent! Pick up and return was very easy. He had a iPhone cable ready as well. The car is in great shape inside and out. Only minor complaint is that the front and rear tires are different models and the front is more wore out. Overall it was a great experience and definitely would recommend!

Kang is an awesome host and his car is even better. Very quick yet smooth and plenty of cargo room for travelers. I enjoyed the entertainment system that has crystal clear image on its LCD screen. Kang even allowed me to make a quick trip at the last minute and kept everything convenient. 5 star host 5 star car and definitely recommend! :)

James is renting out a bunch of cars, numerous Teslas. The Model 3 was practically brand new. Fun car to rent. James himself is a quirky guy but very communicative. He even spent 30mins with me to show me how to use autopilot. I could see how some people might interpret his mannerisms and the way he talks like he’s talking down to you. He may answer your question with a question. But he’s fair and reasonable, punctual and communicative. I’d definitely rent from James again.

We rented Xichun's Mini cooper countryman for a trip to yosemite. The car is fun to drive and being AWD, handles pretty well. The car was clean. Pickup and return was a breeze. Xichun is also very responsive in communication and was accommodating for an early pickup and early return.

Bonus points for it being a convertible; I can say this car made me understand why they're so great.

Having Edwin’s LC500 for a weekend was amazing. The LC500 is a very unique car and really needs to experienced in order to be fully understood. It’s styling, incredible interior and fantastic power train are a real treat. Working with Edwin was great. Determining exact pick up and drop off locations was easy. Everything happened on time and all parts of the trip went super smooth. Couldn’t ask for more.

I found Ajat to be very informative and easy-going. I rented his BMW i3 for 3 days. The car was clean, came with a full tank of gas and a full battery charge. It was a blast to drive!
