READ THE REVIEWS! If you’re a guest and you’re reading this, please, be advise of the terrible experience that you may endure while using this host and their 2010 Silver Yaris. It started off when I was picking up the car. The host took a long time responding to my messages and calls. It was very cold out and they didn’t even tell me the right location for the vehicle, the location they had for the vehicle was for a parking lot (no house or home). He didn’t even have real phone numbers. He use google voice numbers (yes two different google voice phone numbers), I didn’t even know who I was meeting because they didn’t even had a face picture on their profile. They claimed it was two people hosting the car but I only talked to one person. When he finally responded to my calls and I was then able to find the car. He even messaged me that the car may have an issue due to a bass cap (at the last minute) which felt extremely uncomfortable. The car looked like it was sitting there for a literally a week or so. It was dirt and leaves all over the outside and including the inside of the driver and passenger floor. The internal piece of the hard door trim was hanging off, and the rim on the driver side was missing a big piece. The hood looked like it was broken cause it wasn’t closed all the way. He then messaged me the instructions on how to open the lockbox for the car key and that took a while cause the pin he gave me didn’t work and then he had to actually show up to help cause he had too many different pins for his lockboxes. Furthermore, when I drove the car, the brake felt faulty and the heat and air wasn’t working properly. But I still needed a ride so I went with it. The problem didn’t occur until I left the movies yesterday night and the car wouldn’t start. Like I kept turning the key to cut it on and it wasn’t coming on.. That just made everything worse. I kept calling his google voice numbers and even message him on the Turo app. He was none responsive and didn’t even message me until 2 hours and 30 mins later. I had to sit in the freezing cold trying to talk to Roadside Assistance, I had to talk to 3 different people and the first two agents I talked to had poor customer assistance, they kept being apathetic, and non-understanding. I finally spoke to an agent who at least tried to fathom the situation. The Roadside Assistance people didn’t even know what Turo or knew the agents that I even talked to. They even had poor customers skills and didn’t even seem like a real tow company themselves. When they checked the car nothing worked and they finally towed it back to the host’s location where I first picked it up. When the host finally message me he kept trying to persuade to me that the only problem with the car was the battery and kept trying to argue with me that it was a simple problem and it could have been fixed. I’m like, dude seriously!! The problem is that the car is broken you keep listing this car as a “great working vehicle” and all other reviews for this host says so. He even messaged me this afternoon trying to still prove it to me. Guests, if your looking for a car to get around town, DONT USE THIS HOST OR HIS 2010 Silver Yaris. Turo agents even gave me a hard time, cause when I wanted to talked to a manager, no one present, and I was kept being told the same silly customer script over and over again. Turo policies only protect them and their hosts. They do not protect the guest that use this service. This is my 4th time using this service and I kept using it making sure that I don’t encounter a bad experience like this, and guess what it happened. I’m really thinking about going back to other rental car companies cause if Turo and hosts provide this kind of treatment, then maybe I should no longer use this service if this kind of dilemma will continue. This host just came off as a complete scam, he has about 38 cars on here and have no real numbers and have no face profile picture up. One thing that was shocking to me was that I even seen him before getting to the car, he was attending to another car and driving off. He even asked me to post a picture of myself will holding my driver license (apparently Turo “terms and condition” allow so to confirm the driver). I still don’t trust that, because if he use my info to scam other people then I’m going to be piss. If you use this host. Go at your own risk and read the reviews first!!

Michael and Natalie are great hosts! The selection of cars and their punctuality are amongst the many things we love about TURO.

My first experience with turo wasnt great at all due to the host on the first trip I was gonna drop the app altogether and stick with traditional car rentals micheal changed my outlook. I booked my second trip with Michael and the entire experience was great I highly recommend booking with this host. From beginning to end everything was how business is suppose to be. Keep up the great work
