Please follow these guidelines to avoid being charged any extra fees for your trip!
-If there's any issues with your trip please contact Turo’s 24 hour support line through the app or by calling (415) 965-4525. The Turo insurance card will be in the glove box with Turos support phone number on there as well.
-The car goes through a car wash before each trip and the interior is cleaned before you receive it. For any excessive cleanup a cleaning fee of $75 will be charged. Also absolutely no smoking in the car. The fee for smoking in the car is $250.
-I will be taking photos of the Model 3s condition before and after the trip. It is encouraged for you to do the same.
-Any damage that occurs during your trip will be your responsibility including damage to the wheels and interior damage.
-Any ticket or violation you receive during your trip is your responsibility and you will be sent a copy of the ticket and charged the cost of the violation and any associated fees.
-There is an I-Pass in the car, if you go through tolls on your trip I will request for reimbursement for the tolls cost.
-Fillups that get charged to the Tesla’s account will require a reimbursement of that cost. Remember you get charged for keeping the car idle at these stations. This is done to avoid people taking up charging stations without using the charger.
-Please do not set charge limit to exceed the recommended daily settings if you don’t have to and avoid driving with the battery close to empt
