***Violation and Tolls***
1. Car do have an Ipass option in extras. Please void express lanes on highway and use cash lanes at toll stations if you do not opt to use this feature.
2. Please pay caution to all parking signs to avoid getting violation notice.
--Unpaid toll or violation notice will be mailed to us during or after trip. I'll send you message on turo with option to clear it yourself within a 3 day period. $25 convenince fee will apply if I have to pay the invoices.
*** Cleanness ***
Cars get dirty, we understand, but per TURO policy, renters are obliged to return car in as-good or better tidiness than given. So before you leave the car please: take out trash and respect the vehicle. A cleaning option is avaliable in Extras for an easy pickup clean return dirty experience.
NO Smoking, NO pets in the car please. Violators will be subject to fine up to $250 based on turo fees&fines policy.
Gas refuel needs to have a receipt left in car or picture uploaded into turo to show premium fuel was used, $150 fee if not shown/ presented.
Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, no problem. Select refuel option in Extras and return the car at any level.
*** Late Return ***
If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard. Or message us to extend an additional day. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods)
Any late return without mutual consent would lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations so please communicate.
***Accident and Unexpected Issue***
--For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support 866-735-2901 immediately. Or text "Hi" to (415) 801-0897.
*** Long Term Rental ***
Long-term rental request is very welcome. Feel free to message me if you plan to rent my car for a couple of weeks/months. Discount provided for long-term rental that might not appear in the app.
