Amazingly nice person! Didn’t sit there and nickel and dime us for anything! We went through one toll (75 cents I think) and didn’t charge us! Extremely clean nice car and very flexible with the flight issues we had. If you rent a car in Chicago it needs to be from Elina!!!!

Will has great car. I always wanted to drive one. This Turo gave me the oppertunity. In the past I would use the major car rental companies and it always turned into a hassle one way or the other. “Will” took care of that also while juggling a couple of unforscene problems. When you rent a car from “Will” he has a good support system so it’s not just him , that’s why I definitely am going to use him in the future.

Tianshuang is a super example of the best of Turo. He has a great selection of cars, great prices and great service, and he runs his business well. The other people I met who were renting from him had similar stories to tell of how he did better for them than anyone else. Turo is about cars, but it is about freedom and greater options and opportunity. Turo is about the democratization of car rental. Renting from Tianshuang was a great small business and freedom experience. When I return to Chicago I absolutely will be using Turo, and Tianshuang again.

Michael was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Besides providing a well kept car with super gas mileage, Michael included 1000 miles, an EZ PASS and cell phone charging cables. He was personable and accessible, and gave prompt and curbside delivery. We highly recommend Michael. He was SO much less stressful to work with than many standard car rental companies we have used. We're glad we found him.

I flew in to Chicago because I needed to be present for my grandmother’s funeral in southern Indiana, and I couldn’t find a decent last minute flight deal at any other nearby airport. My man Matt coming in clutch again with the Corvette. Second time I take a day trip out from Boston to Chicago this month, this time celebrating my wife’s birthday. Great service like before and the car was immaculate. I wont be back to Chicago again for a while but if I do go back I have no reason to go to a rental place. I will absolutely recommend Matt to all my family and friends if they are ever around town and need to rent a car.

Cristian was so far my best Turo host yet, and I’ve touro’d about 100 cars. The car was clean, and an excellent value. His pickup and drop-off charge was a great value, and he worked around my constantly changing schedule to accommodate me. He even offered to deliver the car with personalized items my wife and I might want from the store upon our arrival. I won’t rent a car from anyone else in Chicago without making sure his cars aren’t already booked first.

Tianshuang was great! This was my first turo rental and it was easier than I expected. It's nice to get picked up and taken to his warehouse so that you can avoid being the one who is driving in the airport traffic. The car was clean, he explained everything, and responded quickly with any questions we have. If I come back to Chicago I will definitely rent a car through him again.

Car was nice, gas friendly, easy to drive and very clean. Mohammed was awesome. Came and picked us up at the airport (no ridiculous extra fee and far easier than a rental car counter). And as an added perk, he was very personable and enjoying to talk to on our short ride back. This was my first Turo experience and he definitely made a great impression, I'll def be using him anything I'm in Chicago and def use Turo again based on this experience. 5 stars all around!!

Daniel made this the easiest and BEST car rental I’ve ever had! Marcel the Mazda is so fun to drive, I love that it’s manual transmission. The car is clean, gas was full, speakers are awesome, and Daniel made the whole car rental experience effortless and fun!

This was my first time using Turo & Michael was amazing! If I had any questions he answered them back in a timely manner, he was very nice, the car was perfect for what I needed out of my trip. I would/will definitely be contacting Michael again when using turo. By using Turo, I was able to pay almost more than half of what a car rental would’ve charged me from the airport. This was a great experience I would definitely recommend trying the Turo app to friends & family. It was enjoyable to drive a car that I've been curious about (a Prius). They were prompt in delivering the car and picking it up. It was very convenient to have the car delivered and picked up at the airport. The transaction was preferable to renting from a car rental company for the above reasons.

First time using Turo and will do so again without hesitation. Marcin is a fantastic owner/host and the car was perfect at half the cost of renting a car from a traditional car rental company.. Tianshuang‘s 7 series is the definition of perfect for Turo trip. This car is amazing. The moment you start it you immediately feel the elegant of the luxury BMW. Head up display, M sport packages etc really make me feel like Tom Cruise of the mission impossible. The flat Matte black paint is beautifully unreal!! Draw a lot of attention when we get to the club. Tianshuang is amazing! He is super flexible and a clear and responsive communicator. Renting from him is really hustle free. I will only rent from him when I came to Chicago.

I was a little skeptical about driving a Mercedes for that cheap price. I was thinking either the car wouldn’t be good or it’s a scam. But honestly, Steve is an amazing gentleman to do business with. I still can’t believe I drove such a beautiful vehicle for that price. Steve over communicated to get me up to speed on schedule and also made sure everything was going well while I had the vehicle. This is my first trip with Turo and Steve has really given me a very good first impression. Thank you Steve for all your help. I’ll make sure to find you whenever I come to Chicago. The car was clean and in good working condition. John was punctual and even allowed us to change the pickup time the day before. Drop off and pickup was really easy. If in Chicago again I wouldn't hesitate to rent his vehicle again.

The Scion was in fantastic shape and did everything we needed it to - we had a business trip that required hauling a handful of boxes to the location and we had no trouble bringing everything with us and still having legroom for everyone. Easier than using a car rental agency. John was wonderful. Let us use GPS holder without charge, cell phone cords and charger without charge and his electronic toll pass that we pay him back for tolls. These small conveniences add up. He's just great to work with making an easier trip. Great vehicle too super clean.

Steve is a good businessman and a great guy. Renting a vehicle from him is better than any rental service, the pure essence of luxury just corses through you when riding in one of his BMW or Mercedes models. Will only rent from him when in Chicago!

Great value in this vehicle and rental. Car gets around 50 mpg and looks much younger than a car over a decade old. Definitely recommend We Wash which is 1/2 mile away from car pick-up and return: I arrived at 8:05 AM and the car was spotless at 8:13. Ride on!
