I wanted to locally rent a luxury vehicle for my birthday weekend but none of the local car rental establishments had anything that I was interested in. I wanted a Mercedes so I Googled luxury rental cars and I came across Turo. I was a little bit unsure at first because I had never heard of this company before. But to make a long story short, it was an amazing experience. The car was just what I wanted. And more importantly, this company was with me every step of the way. They gave very detailed instructions on how to pick up, access and return the car. They were even there during my trip to make sure there were no problems. Didn't feel like you were just out there alone not knowing how this thing works. It was awesome and I plan to use them again as well as refer my family and friends to them.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had since hearing about this car rental service. Not only was Kunal flexible he was very accommodating, I recommend driving this car anytime you visit Charlotte I know I will.

Every time I have to rent a car I will use Adedamola. Pick up was so easy and fast. And anytime I had questions. Response time was even faster. I had to change my trip length and picked the wrong date. Everything was so easy with getting it fixed. The car was clean and smelled so good too.

This was my first time using Turo and I highly recommend it as well as Yusuf. I rented the jaguar f type s and the car was amazing. One of the best cars I’ve driven so far. Yusuf made everything easy and simple. The f type was a great car instead of your run of the mill rental car. I have family here in Charlotte and will definitely be renting from yusuf again

Yusuf is definitely the guy to go with in the Charlotte area. He made the process simple, was flexible, and communicated everything perfectly, all of which were my concerns with Turo opposed to a standard car rental. Our car was clean and as advertised as well. This was the best experience I have had with a car rental! Kunal is a great, very trustworthy person. Even though there was an issue with me getting the car back on time he made sure he could drive me to the airport so I didn’t miss my flight. If I could give him a 10 I would. Plus his cars are good for the environment! I will make sure to always use his cars when I come to the area!

I can’t give this trip anything less than 5 stars! Aly’s car is fantastic, and exceeded every expectation I had. The Stinger is a head turner, a drivers dream and all around just a fantastic car. My only bummer is that I wasn’t able to drive it longer or more, I definitely plan to rent this car any chance I get while I’m in the Charlotte area. Do yourself a favor and rent this car!

Ahhhh where do I begin???? So listen, don’t tell Yusuf but he’s probably the best host on Turo I have personally ever dealt with!!! This is coming from someone that has been a host/renter since this site was formerly Relay Rides (I know i’m old lol). Also coming from someone who has rented heavily over the past few years in L.A., Miami, Fort Lauderdale, NYC and the beautiful Queen City of Charlotte. Listen, his communication, flexibility and pricing is bar none the best. As far as this gorgeous Audi...don’t hesitate to rent it. This car is an absolute beast in all the right ways. Cranking out 600hp, coupled with a beautiful exterior/interior and an exhaust that is YouTube worthy......for this price and coming from this host, this is a no brainer folks!!!! You’ll get plenty of looks, stares and some folks will say to you, “That can’t be stock...” lol. Rent from Yusuf and know you’ll have no worries and will be guaranteed a great experience! Good first-time rental. Car was older and pretty bare bones, but I knew I did not rent a luxury car. Included a USB port. Got us to and front our destination just fine. Had some trouble with alignment on the right front tire—wiggled and shook upon acceleration plus some slipping on wet roads. Sean assured us he would tale care of it as soon as we had dropped it off. Sean was highly responsive and helpful. Overall great experience that was also as expected. I’ll be renting from Turo again.

Was a very easy process. Car was very nice and a very smooth ride. Also very great in gas. Ended up changing my arrival by about 2 hours and it was no issue. Johnathan had the car there ready for me. Would definitely recommend and will be renting from Johnathan again!

It was awesome. My first time using Turo. They had a shuttle that picked me up from the airport and brought me straight to the car. Questions were always answered with a couple mins if not immediately of asking them. Car was clean and exactly as described. Messaged me on the last day of my trip and made me feel comfortable that I was pressed for time and if I needed more it was very easy to do through the app. They recommend using wiki car was which I was going to use but they were closed. Maybe because it was Sunday or maybe it was because I was in North Carolina during hurricane Florence lol. Either way there was a hand car wash down the street that I used. Maybe some people don’t like washing there cars but I do so it wasn’t a big deal. And only cost me $3.00. As I said this was my first time using Turo and it was a pleasure! And it was also less then half the cost then I could have got a car for using my Costco car rental for. Thanks again!!

Best rental experience ever. Tip for future renters: dont press the button on shifter to put car in drive. The button puts it in park, just tap down for drive with foot on the brake. I had to call Parker and he quickly told me just that and away we went.

The communication between the car owner and I was much appreciated. He responded expeditiously to all my concerns. There wasn’t any problems with the vehicle. Keeping contact when unexpected situations arise is definitely the key. My business trip was successful because the turo rental car was convenient. Renting from Sean on Turo was a great experience from beginning to the end. Check in and check out was a breeze with clear instructions and use of the user friendly Turo App. Communication was great, any questions I had were answered immediately. I had to extend my trip and extending the rental was also so quick and easy with the App. I needed the car at the Charlotte’s airport and loved the arrangement they have where I was shuttled quickly from CLK to Hilton Hotel where the rental car was waiting for me. Avoided crazy airport lines to car rentals, airport traffic and stress of driving out from the airport where I usually get lost taking wrong lane. Returning the car was also so easy, Sean was present at the Hilton parking , took a pic of the odometer and was done. If , like me, you choose the option to clean the car yourself, all is prepared for you. Going to the appointed car wash was free, fast and fun and saved me money. Loved my little pink Chevy Spark, car was super clean and in great condition. Service provided by Sean was excellent, above the board and Im happy, satisfied customer. It was great convenience, absolutely hassle free, fast and easy. I will definitely recommend Sean’s rentals to my friends and family and will be returning client every time Im in beautiful Charlotte.
