It's expensive to replace. - Don't let the battery drop to under 25 miles. - No smoking, pups, cats, animals. - Return tidy and without trash! - Generally treat it well as it's also my personal vehicle.

Faqs

  • Thinking about buying?
After you've had a chance to see how the Model 3 fits in your life, consider using the following link to purchase. Not only does it help me keep track of the impact of sharing this vehicle on Turo with you, but we will both receive 1000 miles free Supercharging: https://ts.la/reid36337
  • How does Electric Vehicle Charging work?
Electric chargers are becoming more ubiquitous, but there's a few things to know. You're not buying gas anymore and instead plugging in! It's tricky at first (like fueling at the gas station for the first time), but if you've read this far I know you can do it. 1. You will likely find yourself in at least one of 3 common charging scenarios: - At home: Plug into a standard 120v outlet for ~8 mph of charge or an RV outlet for ~25 mph. - At work or shopping: Level 2 chargers are widely available, free and paid. ChargePoint and EV Go are common paid chargers in the south east. - On the road: Tesla-brand paid Superchargers offer a quick recharge on trips offering about a 40 minute break while on a road trip. (Good time to stretch legs, bathroom, and grab a bite to eat) 2. To maintain good battery life, don't go below 25 miles of range and avoid charging all the way up to 310 miles except for long trips. 3. Download the Plugshare app - this free app helps you find free and paid chargers in your area and on trips.
  • What about Surcharges?
In most cases everything is included. The following surcharges may apply: - $100 Cleaning fee if returned with a bunch of trash or detailed cleaning is required - $25 Recharge fee if returned with less than 100 miles of range - $175 Lost key fee if you lose the key. Unfortunately this is my cost to replace a lost

Absolutely amazing experience from booking to pick up and return. Reid was very helpful through out the whole trip. And there's few words to describe truly how out of this world the car really is! Will be renting again in the future.
