The vehicle is kept in pristine condition. He has made the car adjustable for everything and everyone. For this being my first trip with Turo and also being to get 5 star treatment from Johnson has been the most stress free and great great experience. Cleanliness of the vehicle was flawless. Customer Service was the best. Richard made the entire process so simple. We wanted to test out the Model 3 before buying it and we were not disappointed. The car was clean and ready on time with a full charge. Richard is available at all times for any questions and pick up/drop off is super simple. You won’t be disappointed in your decision to rent this car.

When you have the opportunity to book the same vehicle twice, Richard is the host that will do as best as they can to make every first impression as if it’s their last impression. Despite the time crunch of the booking, Richard was very kind enough to ensure the vehicle would be ready within 12 hours of booking the vehicle. Going late night to make sure the vehicle was fully charged and getting up early to make sure the vehicle was clean. In short, you will not be disappointed booking with this host! Thanks Richard!
