Carefully when renting this car. Was at the airport waiting for 30 minutes (at 10pm) before the owner sent me the photos to locate the car after being reserved for weeks. Tires were very bald, car was not vacuumed, gas tank not full and had to pay parking fee & still haven’t received a reimbursement. The rest of the trip was fine.

Our trip started a little bumpy. When we first got to the car it was dead due to (per host) the last user leaving a light on and this was very common. We contacted the host who was always available. We had to get the car jumped to use it. The tire pressure lights were on for the driver side tires in which the back left was dangerously low (7psi). The tire pressure light remained on the entire time following us filling with air. There was a used parking ticket in the cup holder which caused confusion. The host paid for a 5 day pass which I was unable to find on turo (wasn’t sure if I just completely missed it or if it wasn’t uploaded). After finally making it out of the parking lot the trip was fine where we drove about 250 miles. It was a VERY bumpy start in which the host always communicated well; however, these are things that shouldn’t be happening.

My trip started out with a bit of a hiccup in that the car I originally organized had a flat and a dead battery! I wrote to TKO via the app and they got me a new one in the same lot within minutes! I was super worried at first bc lots of owners would just be like, oh, sorry, but TKO was shocked at how the car was left by the previous user and got me into a new one stat. I think I found the new car and was all checked within 15 minutes. Sh*t happens, but it’s all how you go about fixing it! Thanks again!

Everything was great and went according to plan except one thing, upon exiting the parking lot it charged us personally for 3 days parking. TKO said they had a barcode to scan and that they covered parking but the barcode never worked even after it was resent! We ended up paying $40 for parking that wasn’t ours! And after telling him multiple times we were ignored! He didn’t even try to make it right!
