It's still relatively new and gets about 45 mpg. It comes with bluetooth, and a usb port so you can easily charge your phone on the road. The car is a 4 seater, 4 door sedan, with a hatch back trunk. Seats do fold down for extra storage in the back. This car has the following features: Available right now 45+ mpg - really gas efficient Takes regular gas Bluetooth Enabled Aux cable for music (included with rental) 3 port Car Charger (included with rental) AM/FM Radio Hatchback - backseats fold down for transporting extra long / oversized items AC/heater works great! Guidelines

Gas: Gas is not included with your rental, please bring the vehicle back with the same or more gas than when you received it. Be sure to take photos for the gas and mileage before and after your trip. Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return Turo will charge fee in addition to the missing portion of gas. Returning the vehicle with missing gas will void our 15 min grace period for returns. Toll: For tolls, you can prepay the toll, pay cash or go through Fastrak. If you go through Fastrak with our vehicle, you will be billed for the toll. If you do not use Fastrak please keep the receipt. If you do not inform us about toll crossings through Turo messages, Turo will charge fee in addition to the cost of the toll. Please let us know via Turo Messenger with the tagline "I had X tolls crossings for this trip" so we can take care of these tolls in a efficacious manner! Tickets: You are responsible for all tickets during your rental AND for 24 hours following the rental period. If you incur a ticket, we will pay off the ticket for you and Turo will charge a fee in addition. You may elect to pay off the ticket on your own. Damage/Accident: Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honestly and will work with you to solve the problem (we have good relationships with a few shops in the area). Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, Turo will charge a large fee.

Pick up wasn’t exactly at the SFO airport as advertised, we had to take an Uber to the location. Other than that unexpected part, the rental was fine.

Pick up was really challenging and strict, you have to take photos of the outside before he will unlock the car and I did that but still had to wait and was waiting in the rain even dispite asking for some support in speed. I've rented lots of Turos and this was overly strict and difficult and felt highly impersonal and robotic in the process. The car also only had had a tank, had the maintained light on, and was pretty dirty.

Lance was so easy to work with and the Prius was great to drive in the city. Will rent again in a few weeks when we are back for business.

First off, car ran great and functioned perfectly the whole trip! Very happy there. Cleanliness could have been a little better- exterior was a bit dusty/dirty and interior just the floor mats/ground needed vacuuming, but nothing serious. Also would recommend picking up during the day as it’s quite dark at night in this area.

Vehicle is ok, pick up and drop off was explain clearly, the only problem is the car smell so bad, smells weed and the exterior of the car is super dirty. I think the host should be responsible in cleaning the car after each use before renting it out to people. Communication is not so good. Host doesn't reply to your concern.
