Description

Here is a great condition civic for rental. It’s a bit older but it’s aged very well. I try to keep it nice and clean. There are a couple scratches on the exterior but nothing major. The interior is in very good condition overall. Rubber mats keep the floors in good condition, especially in the snow. The radio has been replaced with a touchscreen pioneer unit that has a USB connection that works with all iPhone and android phones I’ve tried. It also has an aftermarket backup camera tied into the head unit. In the summer, this has all season Michelin tires on it. In the winter, I swap these to a set of steel wheels with studded tires. This means the ride is a bit more harsh in the winter, but I haven’t gotten stuck yet in the many winters I’ve driven this car around Boston and New Hampshire. The winter wheels are also narrower than the summer tires, so there is slightly less stability at high speeds — keep the speed around 70mph on the highway with winter tires and you will be fine. Note that studded tires don’t give you a license to be stupid — use some common sense and you will be fine in nearly any weather you’ll see in this area. I generally put the studded tires on sometime in December and take them off sometime around March, but shoot me a message if you want verification if they’re currently on or off. I also keep an emergency battery jump starter in the trunk in case the battery dies (haven’t had to use it yet thankfully). If you need to use this please let me know so I can make sure to recharge it. In the photos you will also see a moving blanket in the trunk — I keep that there to protect the trunk floor and it’s nice to have in case I am carrying anything dirty on the back seats. This car also has an EZ Pass in it. If you use it please let me know and I’ll add the fees onto your bill. Otherwise, I will request payment when I get my bill from EZ Pass. The last notable amenities are a dash cam in case you get into an accident (which I hope to never need to use), a phone holder, and a USB charger. The phone holder works for all standard sized phones I’ve tried, but not the large size phones like iPhone 8 Plus. Nicholas T.-Jul 8, 2019

This was my first time using Turo and Stefan not only made it easy, but I felt very informed and impressed by his communication and flexibility. Not only did he provide me with a first timer discount code, but also several tips on how to make the most of the experience and be most cost efficient. Highly recommend, and thankful for such a great first experience!

Juliana J.-Jun 24, 2019
