🏢 GUESTS MEETING AT VEHICLE LOCATION 10 New St, Boston MA <5 min Uber from Logan Airport. IF I AM ABLE TO MEET YOU: I will meet you outside of 10 New St, Boston with the car at your pickup time. At drop off I will meet you at the same location and take the car from you. IF I AM NOT ABLE TO MEET YOU: Upon arrival, we have a 24/7 concierge who will be instructed to give you the keys to the car. Please have your ID ready to show them. Once you have the keys from the Eddy Apartment buildings concierge at 10 New St, Boston 02128, you will then find the car parked directly in front of the building or at the Reel House restaurant on the side of the building nearest the water. Once arriving at the car the app will prompt you to add photos. Please add 15-20 photos of each of the individual wheels, sides, front, rear, interior, fuel level, and mileage. The more photos the better. These photos protect the both of us in the event anything ever happens. You are then good to go! AT DROP-OFF. Please park the car at the Reel House restaurant lot on the side my building nearest the water, on a nearby street, or the loading dock in front of my building if nothing else is open. After parking please add new photos identical to the ones taken at the start of your trip and upload them to the app. Once uploaded please then leave the keys with the concierge at the front desk! These photos protect both you the renter and myself in the event of any damage.

Guidelines

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING *With this being a manual every renter will be required to drive around the neighborhood with me to prove they are capable of driving a stick shift car. *Only 93 Premium Octane must be refueled, I will kindly request a receipt for verification be placed in the glove box after each fill up. * DO NOT use any cleaning products or products that change the scent of the vehicle. Use of such products will be handled the same as smoking in the car. *This car is equipped with WINTER tires half of the year and can handle just about any weather condition. The rest of the year its all season performance tires perform well in wet or dry conditions. * The car is monitored through a third-party tracking system to log in real-time any signs of abuse on the car, including; racing, drifting, burnouts, deactivated traction control(Does not include sport+ mode), intensive braking, and lower chassis bumps. The tracking system logs and fetches data in real-time and notifies me if it is removed. Removal of the device and/or aggressive driving will result in immediate retrieval of the car and additional fines. *Please be careful when parking close to a curb. Each wheel will be photographed before/after, each rim with new curb rash may incur additional fees *Be careful going over bumps, dips and driveways as the car is very low and the front bumper will scratch. Any noticeable scrapes will incur a repair fee. *All tolls are charged at the end of the month PLEASE: - NO Smoking of any kind - NO Food or drink other than water - NO Air fresheners, cleaning sprays, scented sprays, armor all, or wet wipes of any kind - NO Pets - NO Drivers other than primary renter or another Turo pre-approved driver - NO Burnouts (Rear tires are measured after each trip) - NO Erratic driving (Based on 5 driving alerts from vehicle telematics Unit or 1 Extreme offense) I have never had a serious issue or have had to retrieve any of my cars and hope these guidelines do not deter you from renting the car. I understand it is a sports car and will be driven as such...Just be safe and treat it as if it were your own!

  • Does the live tracking unit mean I cannot have fun with the car?
    Absolutely not. The tracker is there to prevent unnecessary abuse of the vehicle and your safety. A lot of renters on Turo have not driven a sports car like this before which invariably can lead to driving outside of their limits, putting themselves and others at extreme risk. I encourage to have fun in the car while obeying traffic laws.
  • How do Tolls Work?
    There is a toll transponder on the car. Use it by simply taking a MA toll road and take the EZ-Pass lanes. Boston has several areas that charge tolls that you will not notice. The transponder can also be used to enter/exit highways. Any tolls incurred during your trip will be requested at the end of the month.
  • Should you clean the car?
    To protect yourself and the car I strongly advise you to not to clean the car. I have my cars cleaned regularly by professionals and I have had too many bad experiences where renters have done permanent damage to vehicles on the interior and exteriors. I will not fault you for returning a car that has clearly been driven for a few days and has not been cleaned (within reason). In the event the car is excessively dirty and unharmed I may charge a very small cleaning fee. If you insist on washing the outside of the vehicle only bring the car to ScrubaDub Car Wash at 294 Eastern Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150. It is 5 minutes away from where the car is located, * Use of Air fresheners, cleaning sprays, scented sprays, armor all, or wet wipes of any kind will be met with a fee in line with Turo's policies.

Blake was super responsive. He accepted my day of reservation within minutes. Had a well thought out process for pick up and drop off. He also gave me suggestions on roads to drive while I was down on the cape. The car is ridiculous. Probably the loudest car I’ve ever driven. Incredibly quick and the 6MT is super smooth.
