Was a great experience overall. Pickup was at a different location than noted on the app. It actually worked better for me, as I needed to be close to the airport for drop off and I was. The night before my trip ended, he texted me and asked me to return it to Beaverton instead. It wasn’t the biggest deal- but it ended with me needing to re-plan and find another way to make it to the airport (on a budget). It was a bit inconvenient with the frequent change of where I should pick up and drop off. That’s the only negative thing I have to say. Eric was great and the car was nice and clean.

Bao is super professional and communicates very quickly and clearly. No confusion here. He's got a great system down and I highly recommend working with him if you need an affordable rental. I rented from him because my car went out and I was in the process of buying a new one- his car is perfect for commuting. Road trips however may not be the most comfortable just because the focus is a compact car- nothing to be upset about though! Perfect for being able to park virtually anywhere! Thanks Bao!!

Communication for pickup and dropoff were great. Car was in pretty gokd shape. There was a bit of a hitch in between first and second gear, not a big deal really, just took a bit of getting used to. Everything else worked great. Visibility in this little car also wasn't great, but that's somewhat to be expected. Locatikn is easily accessible by lublic transit but is about 1 1/2 hours from airport, so budget time for that. Overall, a very pleasant car and rental experience.

Alexander was one of the most laid back and cool guys I met in awhile. The Mercedes E was in in PERFECT condition - show room ready. But even being an Merc E, he just quickly walked his car, pointed out the ZERO flaws on the car, and handed me the keys. He was open to picking the car up at a more convenient location, and when I returned the car, he did a quick walk around, and could tell I returned the car in as good or better condition and that was it. Considering the hassle, and time wasted at places like Enterprise, when you have to sign off on every f**kin blemish on the car (which there is usually plenty), and the check in is the same ordeal. I had Alexander's E class on the road in 10 minutes (or less) after my arrival. Turo and Alexander are the best. And for you ppl looking at renting somebody's piece of junk 2001 Saturn or 1999 Honda for 150+/day - don't rent those fools POS. Spend less with Alexander, and get a car that is actually meant to be driven and not one that should be sent to the scrap yard.

Bao was flexible with the rental as when we flew in our flight was delayed so we had to pick up the rental later than expected and then on our last day our flight was delayed once again and Bao let us extend having the car. I really appreciated Bao’s punctuality with messaging. The car was cute, compact, it did take a lot more gas than I had expected but Im used to my Prius that I’ve been spoiled with. But the hatchback suited our needs, it did feel like being in a manual car as the gear would shift like one even though its an automatic, kind of scared us with all the noise it made -then again Im a hybrid owner so Im not sure if thats normal. Bao was not there during pick up or drop off but made it super convenient with pick up & return. We enjoyed our trip and enjoyed the car and all the perks it had (leather seats, sunroof, compact, back up camera and back up sensors). Thank you again Bao for letting me rent your car for the week. I hope drop off was what you expected as I didn’t see your drop off message until afterwards.

This was my first time renting with Turo, and it was definitely less expensive than renting from the usual rental car agencies. Sabrina's Scion car was fun to drive. She was easy-going when I arrived later than expected and she was willing to have the car brought to the MAX (light rail) station, since I was new in town and did not know my way around. She was also flexible and easy-going when I wanted to extend the trip by 4 days. Communication was very prompt, even though she was out of the area at the time. When I could not extend over the dashboard, even though she ok'd it, together we eventually solved the problem with the help of Turo rep. Chris R.

Bao's Ford Focus was just what I needed for my short trip to the OR Coast. His communication was prompt and clear. He responded to every message I sent and fast too. I would recommend this car and renting from Bao.

Prince was excellent at communicating with me and accommodating me throughout the trip. The car was as billed, clean, practically brand new, great gas mileage (put about 900 miles on my trip, only filled up twice), compact but still comfortably fit adults in the back. Would definitely rent from him again.

Everything about this trip was great. It was easy working with Paul, the car was clean, in great shape and very nice to drive. This was my first time driving a Mercedes and this one made an impression. It was very easy to drive but also a lot of fun. A few of the more advanced controls were unfamiliar at first but became very easy and convenient once I got used to them. The sound system was very enjoyI grew up with BMW's and Audi's but I think I like the controls on the newer Mercedes a lot more. I highly recommend renting

I had a fantastic trip in this car, Travis's Kia Optima is absolutely perfect for the service. The car is extremely practical while still maintaining advanced functionality, it's also stylish and we received it clean as a whistle. Travis was very flexible and understanding with pickup and drop off as well as the trip extension we requested due to a change in flights. Everything was much appreciated. I am very satisfied with the experience all around.

Niko's car was perfect for our needs. It was clean and gets good gas mileage. The Ford Focus is a nice car to drive around the city and fit into tight parking. The car doesn't have cruise control, but that wasn't a big deal for us. Niko was very friendly and gave us several recommendations of things to do in the city after we asked. We would recommend this car to anyone!

Great communication and ease of pickup/drop off Rachel and Michael were very helpful and provided a great service. The car was clean and performed just fine. I wasn’t a fan of the car as it is “unique” in how it is designed, but Rachel and Michael were awesome and this just may be my opinion. Would certainly rent from Rachel and Michael again though.

Excellent first Turo experience!

Pickup and return was smooth and easy. Bao is also always available to communicate. The car itself is clean, but had a loud, humming sound while idling and sometimes struggled shifting gears when going uphill. Overall, the car gets the job done and got us to places we wanted to visit during our Portland trip.

First off, I would highly recommend renting this Toyota Prius from Jack. This was our first time using turo and it could not have been any easier. The car was super clean and ran extremely well. Having the hybrid allowed us to save a ton of money on fuel with great gas mileage. The pickup and drop off procedure was super easy - there is a train from the airport that takes you right to his neighborhood and he has a lockbox for easy retrieval. Overall we had a great experience and would highly renting from Jack.

It’s crazy sounding that a car share experience could make or break your trip, but let me tell you Stephen completely made our trip!! Stephen treated us like we were a client and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our camping adventure. The Smart Car is awesome! We almost didnt spend money on gas and you can park it everywhere. We did a roadtrip around Oregon and we didnt have any problems. Also we could fit all of our luggage. Thomas was very nice and solved all of our doubts! Totally recommed his Smart Car!

The car was perfect for our trip to Portland! It was the perfect size for exploring and parking in the city and got great gas mileage. Very clean and no issues whatsoever! Brock was very responsive in communications and was a pleasure to work with.
