DO YOU DELIVER THE CAR OR DO I NEED TO TAKE UBER, LYFT OR A CAB?
Want to save time, money, and add convenience to your trip? Skip Uber, Lyft, or Cabs. We offer CURBSIDE delivery for a "FLAT FEE" of ($35.00). It works out to being ($17.50) each way for vehicle drop off or pick up.
We pick up or drop off at various locations; airport, hotels, train stations, other locations. See "Delivery and Locations" for more detailed information.
HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL DRIVERS TO THE TRIP?
To add any additional drivers to the trip they need to create a Turo Account and go through the same approval process as the "Primary Driver." You can add up to six more drivers to most trips but some rules apply depending on trip location and host type. The "Primary Driver" must be the one to pick up and return the vehicle.

DO I NEED TO RETURN VEHICLE WITH FULL TANK OF GAS? WHAT TYPE OF GAS IS USED?
The vehicle will be delivered to the "Primary Driver" with a full tank of gas. If you run out of time, no problem. For your convenience we will refill it and the gas cost will be billed separately when your trip ends. As an alternative, you can purchase the "Pre-Pay Refuel" under "Extras" at time of booking for a flat fee of ($35.00).
If you drive the car BUT the gas gauge still registers full. Please top it up.
FUEL is MID-GRADE (89) or PREMIUM GAS (91). Please KEEP ALL RECEIPTS to confirm Mid-
Grade or Premium Gas purchases.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is NO SMOKING of any kind including Marijuana or Electronic Vaping etc. inside the vehicle. In the event this occurs a "Special" cleaning fee of up to ($250.00) will be billed immediately.
Please remember any type of marijuana or other odorous smell will incur the higher cleaning fees. If you are smoking marijuana for medical or other purposes, please ensure your clothing is not transferring any smell to the interior of the vehicle. Thank you for your consideration of us and our future guests.
CAN I PICK UP THE VEHICLE EARLY IF MY PLANS CHANGE?
Please contact us after your booking has been approved if your plans change and require the vehicle sooner. We will do our very best to accommodate you (schedules permitting) should a change arise as it sometimes does.
CURB RASH TO VEHICLE'S CUSTOM RIMS/TIRES
This vehicle has custom aluminum rims. Any curb rash and tire damage that occurs during a guest's trip will be billed immediately to guest at a rate of ($150.00) per rim/tire.
Please be careful when parking.
ARE YOU FLEXIBLE WITH EXTRA MILEAGE?
Yes. The charge for going over is ($.79) per mile and billed at the end of your trip.
You can pay for unlimited miles for an additional ($120/day) and save more on the front end if you know you’re going to go over on your allotted mileage.
HOW SHOULD I HANDLE TOLL FEES, PARKING TICKETS, TOWING & IMPOUND FEES FOR VIOLATIONS?
"Toll Fees" and "Parking Ticket(s)" will be billed directly to Turo Guests through the Turo App.
"Towing and Impound" fees incurred from other parking violations will be immediately billed directly to guest in compliance with Turo's Policies. Any other damages that occur as a result of tow or impound will be the sole responsibility of the Guest and billed immediately.
DO YOU OFFER POST TRIP (GENERAL) CLEANING?
Return the vehicle hassle free without worrying about cleaning after your trip. A "General" cleaning fee can be added for ($19.00) as an EXTRA at time of booking.
The "General" cleaning fee referenced above does NOT cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or any type of smoke or offensive odor removal. These "Special" fees range between ($50.00 to $250.00).
CAN I GO OFF-ROADING OR USE VEHICLE FOR MOVING?
Going off-roading or using this vehicle for moving violates Turo's Policies AND voids the insurance if any damage(s) occurs.
