The car should be returned in the same condition as you received it.
A $100 cleaning fee will apply for smoke removal and/or pet hair/stains removal. No exceptions.
The car has TxTag toll tag. The TxTag is compatible with all toll roads in Texas. TxTag may also be used on Kansas toll roads, as part of the Central U.S. Interoperability agreements between Texas and Kansas. As of May 2019, TxTag is compatible with Oklahoma toll roads, or PikePass. We will charge you for usage as we receive the bill and/or receive the list of charges from the appropriate agency. Some charges may take up to 30 days after your trip is completed. If you are unsure of any out of State of Texas tolls, if possible, choose the toll booth where you can pay for the tolls yourselves and therefore avoid incurring penalties.
If you are running late with car return, please contact us immediately. We may have a back-to-back rental and must be informed of any time delays so that we can manage the timing. In some instances you may need to extend the rental in order to be insured. We understand things happen so the better the communication the better we can address the situation and appropriately cooperate with Turo in order to ensure the right course of action.
Should you encounter a problem with the car or get into an accident, please get to a safe place first. Then call us. Depending on the situation we may come get you, or you may need to contact Turo’s roadside assistance and/or the appropriate authority. Insurance card is in the glove compartment to share with anyone involved.
