Please read our first Turo message (sent when we see you reserved our car or the morning of). We also message Pickup details within 15 minutes of the trip’s start time if not a few hours earlier (will vary). —For Airport Delivery, have your trip start 30 minutes after landing time. Our rental hours are from 7am-10pm EST. Want an early morning or late night trip start time (before 830am, after 830pm)? Finalize your trip (especially deliveries) at least 12 hours in advance so we can prepare for it. —After reading this Description tab, look at FAQ’s, Guidelines, Extras & Parking Details. Pay to park inside Garson Deck (found between Pike Nurseries & Marta’s Kiss-Ride parallel parking area on Garson Drive). $5/day parking is also offered via an app on Morosgo Dr NE in garage right after Marta station but before playground. -Need to leave a personal car for a short time? There is a nearby Chick-fil-A on Piedmont Rd NE or you can parallel park on Camellia Lane NE near Pike Nurseries & up past the roundabout area (might be playground parking spaces up ahead too). No free long term parking in that area :(

Guidelines

*Only use a touchless car wash. We check for Damage/leaks/smells. If any doubts, please use Hi-Speed Car Wash at 2024 N Druid Hills Rd NE Brookhaven, GA 30329 ($7 exterior option). It is 5 minutes from our Non-Delivery location & there are free vacuums to the left once exiting car wash. —1. Read each tab on your reserved car’s page before Pickup (including your Return instructions). All info is on Turo & our tabs. —2. Only use Turo messenger during your trip to communicate with us (entire time). See our 2nd FAQ if anything goes wrong. —3. Before trip, add a photo of your valid driver’s license to Trip Photos. Your Turo profile phone number needs to be yours. —4. Only you or an additional driver you have officially added on Turo may use our car. You are fully responsible for our car. —5. We are available 9am-9pm EST via Turo messaging for anything not found on Turo or tabs on your reserved car’s page. —6. Be on time. Complete Turo’s Check-In process (upload photos). Extend your trip ASAP if planning to via an official request. —7. Drive safe & park safe, especially in Atlanta. Do not leave overnight on a street or in a public lot (we check for Damage). —8. No smoking, vaping or heavy smells. No pets unless you selected our Pet Extra. Keep volume down to preserve speakers. —9. Return clean & on time. Do Checkout process & message level/zone/location info once parked in the correct location. —10. Understand Cleaning, Gas, Late, Pet & Smoking fees. Know our mileage policy.   • *I reserved a trip with you & have not been messaged yet after your First Message, any Pickup details?
    -Yes, please read all of our info tabs on your reserved car’s page for Pickup info. We will contact you on Pickup day within 15 minutes of your start time if not before. -We send a detailed First Message to you after you reserve a trip or morning of your trip. If it is within half an hour of your trip’s start time & you have not yet received our First Message, message us on Turo ASAP.
  • *What if something happens to my car or I have an emergency (stolen, lockout, flat tire, accident, battery, lights, sound/smell)?
    -For all repairs: keep all receipts for any repairs done or items purchased that were needed. The licensed mechanic needs to input (type in, not write) on receipt why repairs & items were needed. Take clear photos of full receipts & upload those via Trip Photos on your reserved car’s page. -For emergencies listed in the question, please call Turo’s hotline ASAP. Their physical response time for Atlanta area is within an hour & they can always help remedy most situations quickly. If called, take a clear photo of any proof it was Turo who helped (receipt or their work order) & upload it to Trip Photos (especially if late). -Get a police report #/card/sheet for any type of accident & add it to Trip Photos. Stop car immediately if unsafe to drive. If so, call Turo’s hotline number in glovebox & request Roadside Assistance. Grab belongings & tow locked car to Pep Boys at ‪2399 Piedmont Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30324‬ (tell them to leave key in Pep Boys’ key box if returned outside their hours). -If a flat tire, call Turo’s hotline to see if it can be plugged.
