Smooth running, Nissan Versa. This car is a SmartCar, has Bluetooth/Handsfree capabilities and keyless entry . It has great trunk space and is a nice size sedan with up to 5 seats. Great car with great gas mileage, and a good car to get around the city in. Reliable, comfortable, and definitely dependable. Please message me with any questions or concerns. it is so important for us to get a 5 star rating from you if there is any reason why you wouldn't want to please contact us first to allow us to make it right! No smoking or pets allowed, must return car in same condition as provided. Willing to try and accommodate with any concerns or special requests. Please respect the vehicle and be responsible. Hope to talk with you soon and provide you with a great car to enjoy the city of Atlanta. If the car has any issues or is excessively dirty, please let me know and I will address it. Sometimes it has back to back rentals and while I try to make sure it is always clean, other renters may not be as respectful of the vehicle. Airport pickup **Please upload a copy of (1) your driver’s license in its own and (2) your license next to your face up close a selfie to trip photos so we can validate you are a legal driver. This is a turo requirement. (3) A photo of your insurance card.** **Please send me a text at the phone number in the third tab of the trip profile where you can see my profile page, when you are on the way to pick up the car. List your name and the vehicle color/make/model.** 1) I will put a copy of the valet ticket and frequent parking card in TRIP PHOTOS – download this photo to your phone in case internet is spotty. 2) Go directly to 2525 Camp Creek Pkwy where the car is valet parked or proceed to baggage claim at the airport. At NORTH Terminal baggage claim there is a sign with an arrow down that says “LN1”. Go down the escalator and follow the walkway outside and left to all of the courtesy shuttles. Look for the park and fly PLUS shuttle. There is an attendant outside that will call the shuttle. If you have issues or it’s after midnight please call (404) 761-0364 press 0 to speak with a live person. You can tell the driver the valet ticket number and the car will be pulled up. 3) Show the cashier the valet ticket and pay by scanning the frequent parking card (ID 3085281000000097233). Take the receipt to scan upon exiting and you may begin your rental. 4) If you see any damage please take a picture and upload to trip photos and notify us. If the odometer picture is not uploaded in advance, please also upload that so we can make sure you aren’t charged for gas or excess mileage. We may have another renter picking it up right after you and if you leave the car excessively dirty there will be a cleaning charge. 3) Drive to Park N Fly Plus 2525 Camp Creek Pkwy, College Park, GA 30337 and use the Valet Lane. 4) Tell the attendant Turo and they will give you a Valet Ticket. If there is no attendant, please wait for the someone to come over and hand you a ticket. 5) Open the black and orange bag in the trunk. Inside the bag there will be a vacuum please plug the vacuum in and vacuum out the car. If there is any smell, please spray the odor remover. 6) Take photos of valet ticket, odometer, all 4 sides of the vehicle and the interior - upload photos to Turo. **7) Please ensure the photo of the odometer shows vehicles the total mileage, not just the tripometer and fuel level or you may be charged for overages, additional charges may also be imposed if the valet ticket is not uploaded. ** 8) Check out on the app and once confirmed I will check out and leave feedback. I will either be there to let you in or provide other instructions and will touch base before the rental begins. If picking up from the airport: Car is Valet parked at Park 'N Fly Plus 2525 Camp Creek Pkwy I will put a copy of the valet ticket and prepaid parking voucher in the TRIP PHOTOS Section show the cashier in the building. Once you arrive in Atlanta please proceed to ground transportation. The car is located at Park & Fly Plus. They have a courtesy shuttle that will take to the near by Park & Fly Plus lot, Shuttle Instructions: Our Shuttle will be waiting for you at Ground Transportation Orange Section spaces 35 & 36. After midnight please call (404) 761-0364 press 0 to speak with a live person or text (404) 800-7031 stating you are at the pickup location. Return Guidelines: 1) Fill up tank with REGULAR Gas to where you received it - there is a BP attached to the park and fly. 2) Please take a moment to make sure that all trash and debris is removed from the vehicle 3) At the Park N Fly Plus Valet 2525 Camp Creek Pkwy, College Park, GA 30337 use the Valet Lane. 4) Take photos of Gas, Odometer, all 4 sides of the vehicle and interior. 5) Tell the attendant Turo and show them the prepaid reservation (in the photo section) 6) They will give you a Valet Ticket, take photo of the valet ticket and upload to Turo 7) Once confirmed I will check out and leave feedback

Guidelines

No Smoking Policy It is important for us to provide each client a comfortable environment, therefore smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Should this policy be violated a penalty of a minimum of $150 will be imposed. Pets are not an issue however if you do make sure that you clean the car thoroughly prior to return. If cars have pet hair we will bill up to $75 to have the vehicle cleaned for the next renter. Fuel Policy You will receive your rental vehicle with a full tank of gas, we ask for the courtesy of other renters that you return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. If we have to refuel the vehicle on your behalf there is an additional convenience fee of $0.50 charged per gallon. Please refer to your welcome on what octane gas should be used. If this is violated a penalty of $100 will be imposed Tickets, Parking Violations, and Other Fees Renters are responsible for any parking, speeding, certain toll bridges tickets, or any other violations issued during their rental period. The renter is also responsible for any fees, penalties, towing charges, impound costs and any other monies that are associated with the vehicle during the rental. ***Pickup Instructions*** Once you arrive in Atlanta please proceed to ground transportation.   • What happens if the car needs emergency roadside assistance or I get into an accident?
    In the glove box you should see a Turo insurance form for accidents as well as a National Toll-Free Assistance Number we have included in the event you need roadside assistance (flat tire, dead battery, lockout, out of gas). Call the national assistance number at 1-800-451-5665 (free for you) and they will help (you will tell them the last 8 of the car VIN number on the windshield). If there is a bigger issue that isn’t a flat/battery/gas/lockout, call Turo Insurance at 1-415-965-4525. Please let me know if you do have issues so I can make sure to follow-up! I have also uploaded these forms to the vehicle photos for reference in case they aren't in the car.
  • Why is there a fee for airport pickup?
    To provide you 24/7 valet service airport pickup, costs us over $10 for both pickup and drop-off. We charge a $20 fee to help cover those costs. After Turo takes out their fees, we actually lose money on this, but want to provide you a great service for easy pickup. If you have an issue with the fee you can always come to our main midtown location for free pickup.
  • Will I ever speak to someone other than Wesley?
    The account is managed by two friends and business partners – Wesley & Jon. We are working on growing a fleet of cars and setting this up as a way to offer you guys great cars with great service at a very fair price. You may be in contact with Wesley or Jon (or both!) and if you ever need anything, never hesitate to text or call!

Good price and pick up drop off was easy. Car great on gas and had no mechanical problems. My only issue was the car was not cleaned prior to me picking it up. Minor issue but an inconvenience. Car is returned by customer and if customer doesn’t clean it it will not be cleaned. Had cigarette butts in the car in a non smoking vehicle, multiple open drinks underneath the passenger seat and outside of car was dirty. Still a newer car and served it purpose but car should be cleaned between each new customer. Do not be discouraged to rent! Great car. I would still rent again.
