If the car is online that means it has been delivered there for your convenience, and ready. DROP OFF AND PICKUP IS 24 HOURS FOR AIRPORT AREA REQUEST. IF YOUR BOOKING AFTER 11:30AM AND YOU NEED TO BOOK PRIOR TO 7:30 AM PLEASE CALL US ON OUR CONTACT PAGE. When I arrived to the vehicles the tire was completely flat. The spare did not have a jack Horrible start of a vacation. Non the less the owner was good about calling and trying to assist but it was just a horrible experience

The vehicle was not clean when I receive it, it also had a strong bad filthy smoke odor, and one of the tires was low in pressure. I had to put air, and also put a treatment with an odor eliminator. Besides that, everything went well. I ended up cleaning the car before dropping off the vehicle since I did not have the time to clean it up before when I picked it up (it was supposed to be clean in the first place). I understand that remote check-in has this type of problem because hosts cannot control how other guests leave the car at the end of the trip for the next person to enjoy. Now, I am sure that the next person that drives this vehicle will receive it clean since I did that job. Besides that, I appreciate how well the vehicle run and the free delivery of the vehicle at the airport even though you have to pay for parking, but at a good discount, and that really is a plus. Fortunately, I could do all the errands I need. I would have liked to give a 5 star, but I just gave 4 for the reasons presented above. I am sure the next guest will give a 5 star rating because they will find the vehicle clean and with good odor! Nonetheless, I will definitely consider renting from this guy in the future if I need a vehicle.
