Came to LA for vacation, first time Turo user, and though I never met Jennifer, her boyfriend was very easy to talk to and accomodating, giving me tips of places to visit and also helping me understand how turo works so I can get the best experience possible. Borrowed the car for two days, travelled from Anaheim to Hollywood and Santa Monica and back to La Mirada on the first day, while on the second drove from La Mirada to DTLA/Ktown, to Griffith Observatory, and back to drop off all on one tank of gas. Car itself had zero issues, brakes work extremely well, and A/C works great. If you’re not picky with your cars, it’s great for getting you from point A to point B.

Olga was a terrific host and the Mustang convertible was a nice, fun rental. My plans changed during the rental and Olga was very flexible and made it easy for me to extend the rental an extra day. She communicates early and clearly so there are no misunderstandings. And, she was very professional in responding to questions and concerns. The car is well maintained and cared for. I look forward to renting from her again in a couple months.

Very accommodating host! The car wasn’t cleaned when I got it but the host explained to me that he didn’t have time due to his attendance at a wedding that same day. In return he allowed me pick up the car a few minutes early. Gas tank was half full but he allowed me to return the car with a half tank. Return and pick up process was a breeze. And of course, the car drives great! Will be renting again from Jacob. Thanks a lot!

I have been renting this car from Jack for right around 5 months now. I was in the process of moving to California and needed a vehicle until my personal vehicle was sent to California, so instead of renting from big box stores I turned to Turo. I had previously rented a generation 1 Prius from Jack for a month, when it had some mechanical issues Jack immediately got me switched to a different Prius he owns (the one I just sent back). From there it was history and I still to this day refuse to rent a car on Turo from anyone other than Jack Huang! He has been the best host that I could have ever asked for! I usually would renew my rental with Jack on a bi-weekly basis and even forgot to renew on time a couple of times but Jack has been so kind and flexible with me that it was not an issue. Honestly Jack treated me as family not just an extra pay check and he continues to do so! I cannot thank Jack enough for everything that he has done for me and helped me with these last few months!! Thank you Jack for being an amazing person and the best Turo host I could have ever asked for!!!! I highly recommend Jack if you are interested or questioning renting one of his phenomenally maintained vehicles!!! (I know he has a few, so check his profile ;-) Also if you ever have a question about your rental, the area, just about anything Jack is right there with the best response in less than a few minutes from your asking. I have never had to wait for a response from Jack as he is prompt and fast! Josh’s Wide Body Scat Pack is fierce. It turns heads with both its looks and sound. It’s gorgeous and is a serious muscle car. It was a ton of fun to drive and I was bummed when the trip was over. Josh made the whole experience great and I would not hesitate to rent from him again.

The Challenger 392 was nothing short of amazing. Joshua is very accommodating ( my pickup distance was 70 miles so Joshua added an additional 50 miles to my rental so I could really enjoy myself) and great to work with. Joshua challenger 392 is one beast of a car, power, speed and luxury all in one car. Even under light throttle this car will not hesitate to push you into the seat. I will DEFINITELY rent from him again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you once again for a wonderful experience!!
