Bud is the best! No issues on the drop off and pickup. Ran into some issues and woke up one morning with an entire tire deflated, all I had to do was send Bud an address and he replaced the entire tire for me. Hands down the best Turo car service I’ve had on the island! Would definitely recommend and return.

Troy went above and beyond expectations of the rental. He took time out of his day to pick us up at the airport and drop us back off after our trip. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and shopping and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone visiting this area and looking to rent a car.

George took great care of me when I used one of his cars. After a little bit of a mixup with my original rental, George was gracious enough to offer me any car in his lot for no extra charge! He was also thoughtful enough to offer food recommendations, cool hikes, and beautiful beaches. George was extremely easy to communicate with, and clearly cared about my time with the car. As someone in the military, it is great to have veterans look out for the younger community.

This was my first time using Turo and my experience was exceptional. I mostly dealt with Emmanuel who did a wonderful job of acclimating me with the website and helping me get a car booked on very short notice. I had some frustration booking online late at night with an early morning flight and his patience was remarkable. The entire staff was also very helpful and were quick to respond to any questions. I was offered an upgrade to another car after a few days and it made my experience even better. Certainly not expecting upgrades every time but it was appreciated. George and his fleet of rentals will be my first choice when I return again to Hawaii.

Car has some miles but it served its purpose. Luiz was easy to deal with! If back on the island, I would rent again.

Dealing with George was easily my best Turo experience thus far. Pick up and return is extremely easy because he has a set lot he uses so there is no confusion. If you have any issues George will gladly make sure you are taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone visiting O’ahu!

Bing was great. She made pick up and drop off very easy. Only thing was the car was slightly messy, which wasn't a deal breaker. At the price I was able to get the car, it didnt really matter. The car brought me where I needed to be and my trip was so much easier because of that.

I have rented from George several times and each time his staff has been amazing in communicating and getting me in a car that's safe and very reliable. Easy to communicate with via turo app and pickup/drop off has been easy. Will continue to use his service when I need a rental!

Returned and picked up car to a different location than the one shared on Turo. Tires were flat when I first picked it up (showing signal near gas), so had to fill in the front left and back two tires. Filled it once and it was good. Car ran good during the entire trip, just for a small car it eats up quite a few gas. I gave them a 5 star because they accepted my extension of the trip in a timely manner.

George and his crew were a pleasure to work with; I highly recommend renting from him. The car was in nice condition and was well priced. I will look for him again on future trips to Honolulu.

Troy really made our trip very easy when it came to transportation. Excellent in accommodating all our needs. He even placed a big sign on the car showing this car was for my wife!!! My wife was ecstatic and drilled that it had her name on this beautiful silver Mustang convertible.

First time using this app George set the bar pretty high, personally showed me his selection of cars and walked me through using the app. Highly recommended for military has access to base. Car was great got us from point a to b safely no issues. Got a $25 credit by signing up through George. Will definitely use again when the time comes!

From beginning to end George did everything possible to make sure my trip went smoothly! He was very prompt with communication, both with texts and phone calls. While pick-up from his location would have been preferred George was really nice about bringing the car where it was easy for me to pick up, and then arranged for a place I could just as easily drop it off. The car itself was a nice, affordable ride. A little wear and tear showing here and there, but clean and reliable. Unfortunately about halfway through my trip there was an incident where the car was broken into, but through the whole thing George was very supportive and helpful; setting up appointments to get it fixed as soon as possible, that would not only work with my schedule, but ensure that I could keep the vehicle until the end of my trip. And keeping in contact so we could both get the paperwork and claims filed. All in all George was super friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely look him up again if I ever return to the island! Much Mahalo George!

This was my first Turo trip so I was pretty nervous. George and his wife Melody were kind and courteous, they responded to messages very quickly and they were really flexible when I wanted to add days. I pray all of my Turo experiences are as awesome as this one. The car was clean, gassed up and they brought it to my door. No hassle at all. This was my first Turo experience as we dont have it in Australia but George was great and explained how it all worked. Although a small issue with the car starting at the beginning of my trip George responded straight away and resolved the issue quickly. The car was perfect for exploring the North Shore would definetly recommend!

George was amazing! This was my second time renting with George. I wrote him asking if he had a car available he said when did I need it and I said less than 2 hours and he said yes!! His flexibility was awesome! He was very warm and friendly just like the last time. He even said he could let me get the Hyundai since I liked it so much the first time. I rented this car to see if I wanted to buy it. I love the car because it gets great gas and it's small so easy to park and fit in small places. I especially love the tinted windows and windshield which is great for Hawaii because it's always hot here. I would have loved to purchase this car but I couldn't because I plan on driving for Uber, Uber told me they would not qualify the car to drive due to a minor cosmetic Dent on the driver side Panel. Bummer. I would definitely rent this car again.

Joseph’s camero rides like a dream!!! Cruising throughout the island with the top down was one of my highlights of the trip! Joseph was a great host and communicator. Easy pickup/drop off. Same car from the movie Transformers- Bumblebee! The car is much more spacious than I expected. 4 adults could easily fit
