** For SJC, I can do a curbside delivery from 12pm to 2pm Mon-Sat. **
For other time, the vehicle will be at 1029 Glithero Ct, San Jose, CA 95112. It is a 5 minutes drive from the SJC airport. Highly recommend booking the vehicle without delivery and Ubering yourself to the vehicle, this will save both of us a good amount of time! (and is much cheaper).

If your pick up time is between 7pm to 10am(next day), please make sure to finish the booking before 6pm so I have time to prepare the car for you
*** Response and Communication ***
I will give you both me, and my partner number if i cant be reach. But I am on my phone 95% of the time so communications wont be a problem.
*** Pick-up and Drop-off ***
I’d like to meet you in person to hand over the key to you and get to know each other a little bit. But as I may not be available sometimes, I have installed a key lock box, which dose not require an app to open.
For self pick-up and drop-off, I’ll message you on Turo and also upload clear illustration showing you how to do it. If the car is dropped off, I strongly recommend you to upload trip-end photos of the car, especially the dashboard.
*** Cleaning ***
Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking, no vaping or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, you will be subject to the maximum $250 fine.
Sometimes the car would be self picked up directly after previous trip. In case you find it dirty, please take a photo and let me know.
If the car is significantly more dirty than it was on check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
Gas will always be the same or more with when you picked up the car.
Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, please let me know ahead of times and we can work something out.
*** Late Return ***
Late returns are absolutely not accepted, If you pick up the vehicle late that's usually not a problem for me, however picking up late DOES NOT mean you can return the car late. The car is due back no later than the listed Turo time (This is to protect you as insurance is covered during the rental periods only)
If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods)
***Accident and Unexpected Issue***
We all want to be safe and secure all the time. But unexpected things happens. So please read this for your safety:
--Tip to stay safe: DO NOT leave your belongings in the car without attention at any public parking during your trip. Especially in SF downtown. Things could lead to WINDOW-BUST include but not limited to: Bag/Purse, Sunglasses, GPS, Cash/Coins, Phone, etc.
--For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support immediately.
*** Toll and Tickets ***
There is no fastrak device installed. Please be aware of the Toll Express Lanes and GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE. If we received a ticket in mail that has not yet been paid, we would pay and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. However, if you knew you were going through the famous Golden Gate Bridge, planning ahead can help you stay hassle free. Go to https://www.bayareafastrak.org/en/howitworks/oneTime.shtml to pay for your pass within 48 hours then there would be NO ticket at all!
If you got pulled over, the vehicle registration is located in the booklet in the glove compartment. If you selected for Turo insurance coverage for the trip, insurance card could be found in your trip details from Turo app/website.
*** Long Term Rental ***
