Trip Rules: • No Smoking, no vaping, no drugs • No off-roading (per Turo Policy) • No pets • Don’t stain the interior with sunblock. It is very difficult to remove and can cause permanent damage to the interior and the leather. ($100 fee) • Lost key (up to $300 replacement fee) • Cleaning fee for “excessive” dirt/sand. A cleaning service fee of $85 will be charged for excess sand and dirt (Post-trip Cleaning/Detailing fee of $115 is an EXTRA Add-on in the "EXTRAS" that you can purchase). • Vehicle should be returned in the same condition or as close to (cleanliness, full gas level) as it was at pick-up.   • What to do when you first get the car?
    Upon delivery/pick up, inspect the vehicle for damages and take photos. Please check in and upload your photos. I will let you know of any scratches or dents on the vehicle. I will always upload my own photos of the vehicle as well, which you can view too.
  • How do I Extend/Change my Trip?
    1.) Go to the “Trip Details Tab”. 2.) Click “Modify Trip”. 3.) Change time, date, or location. 4.) Wait for me to approve the change. NOTE: As long as my vehicle is available, I will always approve the request.
  • What is Turo’s cancellation policy?
    Visit https://turo.com/policies/cancellation for more information. Note: You can cancel your trip through the Turo site or mobile app, and the cancellation is effective immediately. You’ll receive a 100% refund on your trip price for canceling in less than an hour of your book time (not trip start time, visit the website above for details).
  • What type of insurance comes with the car?
    The insurance plan goes through Liberty Mutual and covers the vehicle but you can learn more at https://turo.com/insurance. Note: Registration and insurance card are in the glove compartment.

We booked with Rob after our original Turo cancelled on us the day before our trip. Rob was immediately responsive and gave us detailed instructions that were easy to follow. Rob had a lei left in the cooler for us, two beach chairs, and an umbrella. We made good use out of all and we’re grateful to have them. The Lei was an awesome touch.
