I have got a beautiful 2011 GMC Acadia That’s is luxury suv. Has a 3rd row seat takes 7 people easy. Super clean leather heated seats. Aux. usb handles really well in the snow all wheel drives Get to the mountains in style.   *Seats 5 comfortably *Leather seats *Power rear lift gate *8.4" touch navigation *Heated front seats and steering wheel *Back up camera *Remote start (washed and vacuumed recently but not necessarily immediately preceeding ) I request it to be returned the same way Otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged at Turo's discretion (no less than $30) Smoking/Vaping (of any kind) in the GMCis prohibited and will incur requisite cleaning fees. A reminder that off roading is prohibited by Turo, and any damage incurred in such activity will not be covered by Turo's insurance. Nothing was wrong with the car, the issue is with Abla. We paid extra for her to pick up and drop us off at the airport. She asked for our flight information the week before and I provided all the details needed. Two days before we left I sent her a message to confirm everything and where we would meet her but I never got a response. The day before I decided to text her and finally got a response. We got the car from the airport with no issues and everything was good until we had to leave. Two days before leaving I messaged her asking about the instructions for dropping off the car. She responded saying she would provide instructions that evening but once again I heard nothing. The night before we left I send another message asking again what the instructions were and she asked if we could pick her up from HER house 30 MINUTES out of the way. I didn't want to cause any trouble so I agreed even though I would now be leaving at 3:00 AM instead of 4:00 AM. When I told her what time I would pick her up she seemed shocked and said that's way too early and for us to instead park the car at the airport and leave the keys inside. Again, she already had our flight information a week before the trip, she knew our plane left at 5:00 AM. Again, not wanting to cause any trouble I said that was fine and to please give me SPECIFIC instructions on how and where to park the car because I am not familiar with airports in general. She just said Terminal east level 5. So when I'm driving in I see the options for economy parking and garage parking, not knowing what to pick I choose the economy to save her some extra money. Apparently, we were supposed to park in the garage level but not once did she say garage parking. With all that being said I still just let everything be as it was and had no intentions on writing a review. The next day I get a message from her requesting $10 in gas. I filled the car the night before until it wouldn't pump anymore. The airport was only 20 and yet she showed a receipt claiming to put over 4 gallons of gas in and conveniently had her thumb covering the location of the gas station. My guess is she drove it close to her house, filled the car up and claimed it was never full. The only thing I could get from the recept is it was filled 15 hours after we left it. This is where I lost it, I had been very understanding with her and did not even complain or ask for a refund when she did not drop us off at the airport as I paid for. Instead of her being thankful, she instead tries to cheat me out of $10. I confronted her and she denied everything and started playing the victim card. I am in the process of getting Turo to refund for her failing to drop us off and am disputing the charges. If you're reading this and are on the fence of booking, do yourself a favor and just go with someone else. The headaches are not worth it.
