Chris was really nice and friendly. I made sure to take lots of pictures to put us both at ease. He was even nice enough to drop me at work in the morning. Really good, quick trip!

I rented this car last minute as I was having a family emergency and my son needed my car. I picked it up late, and just as I did get to the car my phone died lucky I was able to get in the car first as I was using the “Go App” it was very very late and combined with not having a phone for a bit I was unable to take photos of the car. Once I reach my home I went to bed and woke up to several messages about the photos. Messages within the platform and my personal phone. The day was to be very stressful and I could tell by the relentless messages by the Owner this whole thing was a bad idea so I decided to save my self the grief and simply return the car. I took the car back and left it as I found it. I then messaged the owner and told them why I was returning the car and asked for a refund as i was supposed to have it 2 days and i had it 6 hours. Like I expected they refused. That’s fine it’s my issue anyway. After dropping off the car I needed another one so attempted to book but was unable to as I still had a trip going even though I turned it back in. I messaged the owner to please cancel my trip so I could rent another. I said forget the money it’s fine you keep it just please cancel the trip and they refused. I asked 3 times and they simply refused. So I was stranded with no car for the rest of the day because of this. I understand this was all my doing but the fact they refused to do a minor thing to assist even thought they got there money goes to show u what kind of people they are. So just be careful hopefully you won’t need anything out of the box If u rent from them cause if u do your shit out of luck.

DO NOT rent from this person under any circumstances. Beware: This owner filed a claim that I damaged his vehicle which I did not. I believe this is a scam. Below is a summary of my personal experience of my car rental on 06/09/2019. 1 - He will not meet you in person. 2- He will have you turn on the car with the Turo App - and if you are in a location with no reception the car will not turn on. Safety issue! Yes 3- Car was dirty. Dirty carpet and outside dirty. Gas tank was not full. 4- Car was small. Overpriced for $50 bucks. 5 - Car was parked in a crowded commercial parking lot - so if you plan on leaving your car there and taking his be prepared to spend 30 plus minutes looking for parking.
