Richtlinien

You'll receive Equinox cleaned inside & out. When the Equinox is returned please fill up with Regular Gas. The Equinox should be returned clean, just as you received it. If you don't get a chance to have it cleaned, please let us know and we'll have it cleaned for only $40. The cleaning fee of $40 can be paid at the end of your reservation or we can charge it to your Turo account. Our cars are hand-washed only. Please do not use an automatic car-wash as this can create a lot of damage to the paint. Just prepay for the post cleaning and enjoy the trip without worrying about finding a car-wash. Smoking, pets, eating is NOT allowed inside our car. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke/vape smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. Each individual wheel will be photographed. These wheels are large and expensive so please be careful when parking. If you receive a toll evasion or parking ticket we will request reimbursement when we receive the notice. You will be charge a $5 service fee. Have a great day!

  • I want to return the car early or extend my trip?
    If you want to return the car early please contact me directly and I will arrange a way to get the car at your convenience. If you want to extend a trip, please request it through the app. I will always approve the request if the car is available.
  • Your delivery fee is a little high, is there any way you can reduce it?
    Yes, depending on where you are wanting the car delivered I can decrease the price of delivery. Please bear in mind the delivery cost is mainly the price of Uber rides to and from your location. If you want to pick up the car by ordering an Uber, upon return I can drive you back to your location for the same amount or less than an Uber ride. Please contact me to arrange this service.
  • What do I do if I damaged the car?
    If the car is damaged please notify me immediately. If you let me know of the damage during your trip I can assure you I will do my best to make sure you are charged the minimum. If you do not notify me of damage upon return, it will treated as an indication of you not wanting to work things out. The damage will be reported to Turo and they will assess their fees (if Turo mediates the damage claim they will charge a MINIMUM of $500).
  • Do I have to clean the car before returning it?
    In order to avoid any possible cleaning fees it would be a good idea to have the car vacuumed and washed prior to returning it. This is especially true if your trip involves the beach or areas that are dusty. https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347-Cleaning-policy

Were in Southern California for twin granddaughters' high school graduation. Vince was great, car was great. Delivery and pickup was smooth and on time. Car was immaculate inside and out and drove like a dream. Vince was great to work with. Will definetly use him again on our next trip to California. Hope all Turo rentals are this great!
