This is NOT a typical car rental agency, therefore, we reserve the right to reject, cancel or refuse to share our personal property with any potential joyriders, partygoers, juvenile delinquents or anyone deemed to be unreliable, immature or without a permanent job and a permanent home address. FLORIDA LAW 812.155 Hiring, leasing, or obtaining personal property or equipment with the intent to defraud; failing to return hired or leased personal property or equipment; rules of evidence.— Under Florida Statute 806.13, the crime of Criminal Mischief, more commonly known as vandalism, is committed when a person misuse, abuse, neglect, smoke in car or recklessly caused any damages to another person’s property and the penalty for criminal mischief are: Less than $200 in Damages; is a Second Degree Misdemeanor and if convicted, a judge can impose up to 60 days in Jail and up to $500 in fines.
