NO SMOKING // NO VAPE PENS // NO PETS // -As per Turo's rules, the car must be returned in the same condition it was received (cleanliness, damage, interior and exterior). -Gas tank will be full when you receive the car and must be returned with a full tank and a receipts for Premium 91 octane gas must be shown for proof. -If the gas tank is not returned full you will be charged for the replacement gas, plus an additional fee of $10. Please have respect for my car as this is my dream car. Treat it as your dream car.

  • Will this car put a smile on my face?
    Only every time you push the gas pedal. :)
  • Need to pick up the car early?
    Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.
  • Can I take the car into Mexico?
    Absolutely not. TURO's insurance policy does not cover vehicles outside the USA. This is strictly prohibited.
  • Returning a car late?
    If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.
  • Can I let someone else drive the car?
    Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their drivers license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage.
  • What if there is damage to the vehicle or I get into an accident?
    Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem.
