This is a workhorse truck to get all your chores done. Access the car with walking distance(4 blocks) from Ashby Bart Station. Or you can take Uber/Lyft to pick it up. Truck seats 3 in the front.
The truck bed is at least 6 Feet long and it does have ratchet downs to tie your cargo. There's also a tow ball if you need to tow a trailer. Gas takes regular.
Fast trak is tied to the license plate of the car. When the car pass through the Fastrak lanes, the camera will pick up the license plate and charge it to my account. Just let me know at the end of your trip if you use it so I can request a reimbursement for exact toll amount instead of Turo's billing department later which may incur additional charges.

It wasn't what I expected, I arrived at the given address and I called the owner to let him know I was double parked by his truck and he said yes I can see you I'll unlock the truck from here. Where was he at and how did he unlock the truck? He said the keys are in the visor, when you return it park it on the next block in front of the church. I never saw the owner, he never came out. I took pictures of the truck and of mileage,. I drove away feeling a bit uneasy as my friend followed in my car. I called the owner 2 hours before the truck was due back to ask for another day, he directed me to the online app and I put in a request for a day extension and got an email from Turo immediately with the corrected amount and was told my account would be billed when the owner approved the extension. I received an email from the owner asking if I was keeping the truck, It was sent 4 hours after I had spoken to him and Turo had sent me an updated bill. I opened the latest email from turo and they had closed out my rental and billed me for the original 2 days. I emailed the owner and told him I would make my last trip to Home Depot and return the Truck the following day, I called the owner in the morning first thing and he said he had never received the extension from Turo. I made my last trip to Home Depot, I unloaded the truck and returned to the street in front of church as instructed. I called the owner and told him the truck was back with a full tank of gas ,cleaned and the amount for the extra day that Turo did not bill me for stuck in the visor with keys. He said thanks and again I never saw the owner, I locked it up and walked away. Of course I had a second driver with me and took pictures which I think in this case were much needed. Would I rent from Turo again. I think I'd rather rent from any major rental company and pay 5x the rate and know that every thing is on the up and up and legitimate. Is this any way to run a business?
