Terrible experience! First the car. Broken/cracked windshield, and doubt it's a 2012 for the following reasons: manually rolled up windows, manual door locks (not even a button in the car to lock/unlock, you have to pull the lock up/down on each door), no a/c, no usb. I could have found a way better car on enterprise for $0.50 more a day. Paul is a liar, stay clear. First off I had to pick up and drop off the car from some lady, not Paul which is weird and not in the listing description. Second and MOST importantly, I chose to return the car a day early. I requested the change through the app. Paul said he did not get the email from Turo before it expired and that he would have accepted it. I then contacted Turo to see if he could refund after, they said yes if he agrees, they contacted him, he said no. That is the main reason for the 1 star, I went out of my way to return it 1 day early and he lied and didn't refund me. I highly recommend staying clear of this user, doubt his car is even up to safety standards.
SUV worked great and Paul was very responsive and communicated well. We even worked out a way for him to pick me up at airport and meet me there to get car back when I was departing back home. Thanks Paul
