Even if I had booked the car with just a 3 hours heads up, Rishi had managed to have the car ready 5 mins prior to the pickup time. Rishi was prompt with communication too. The car was clean and runs very well. It handles snow perfectly which made my trip. Thanks Rishi!

We took Lucie’s Subaru on a ski trip to Canada. The car was awesome - we made it through serious weather and snow without difficulty. Lucie’s flexibility and communication was top notch. This was our first experience with Turo and it was so much better than renting from a car rental company!

Rishiraj was fantastic to work with. I had some questions at first, because this was my First Turo, but he was very patient, and then even made the car available an hour before I had requested it. Very prompt communication during the rental, when I had a minor issue with door locking. The car drove beautifully and was super comfortable. It was located in an easy pick up and return location.

This was the first time we have used Turo to rent a car. Six days, for purposes of a vacation. Lucie was exceedingly accommodating. She actually came to us at an Airbnb, and then on the pick up met us at a hotel where we were staying six days later. Can’t ask for more convenience. She was also very cordial. The car was clean and functioned in every respect without incident. If every Turo rental is like this, I will never rent from the standard businesses again. Finally, something achieved via the Internet that actually fulfills the promise and the hype!

Fantastic experience. Lucie was charming and helpful beyond what would be expected. She knew I'd be heading over the Pass in possible snow conditions and actually bought chains (which are not really needed for an AWD) just so I wouldn't be potentially ticketed. Great car for snow and sleet conditions. I really couldn't recommend a rental experience any higher.

Car was amazing. But you already know that if you're renting a Tesla. The experience with Jason was fantastic. Very communicative, informative about what to watch for (given where we were planning on traveling), helped address charging concerns by providing context for what would and wouldn't work (Chademo vs. J1772), and we were even able to come up with a more convenient pickup/return location then originally set. Overall, fantastic experience, and would highly recommend renting from Jason in the future.

She was extremely flexible about our return arrangements since the wonderful WA traffic delayed our timing. All in all a great experience and I would definitely rent from Lucie again!!
