Prior to reserving the Yukon and actually paying for the trip, I was told at the last minute that he had no idea what I was talking about and the vehicle was not for rent. I was so ding him screenshots of the reservation and also letting him know I was the reason it was probably unavailable and he didn't want to hear it. I was given a trip number and everything, address, phone number which was not r reachable until after the trip had already started and it threw my morning into quite a mess having to finally call customer care and relay info to them. I didn't hear back at all from the renter and compared to my other wonderful experiences on turo I am not believing what happend here. Beware when renting from this individual.
