2010 Toyota RAV4, drives really smooth. Well taken care of for the past 4.5 years. Spacious and fuel-efficient for a crossover. Limited Edition V6 engine from before Toyota started making only 4-cylinder RAV4s, so it is very powerful and fun to drive as a lightweight crossover should be!

Harshith was great! Very easy to work with. We REALLY enjoyed the car! Drives great!
This was my first rental from Turo. It was an excellent experience. Harshith's car was very well maintained, he was extremely courteous, respectful and professional. I hv shared my first Turo experience with many of my friends. Overall, very happy.
The car was smooth. The return procedure was fast and no problem. The reasons I gave 3 stars are mainly for the pickup problems. Firstly, suddenly be told can't take the car, after paying and arriving. Neither Turo nor the host called/texted us that they didnt allow us to pick the car. The worst is that Turo had already deducted all payment from my bank account without telling us anything. If they still have problem on me or any documents, why they charged the money? If they charged the money we supposed to be able to take the car, isn't it? And if they have any problem they should let us know early and stop us to waste time going to the spot....We were told only when we arrived the spot and called the host, and no one even opened the door to tell us anything... According to the host's info, we had to call Turo to clarify and he couldn't do anything before Turo call him, and we were standing in a rain outside the host's home for more than 2 hours waiting Turo and the host's confirmation. Until 10:20pm finally we got "APPROVE AGAIN", after many calls and texts and emails, while they already "APPROVE" in the day... Secondly, the one to hand in car to us was not the host but his brother. Till now I still don't understand, does all hosts in TURO have right to require guests to show their ID/Passport, driving license, and bank card? The answered I got from the host's brother was that they wanted for security and guarantee. Isn't this the job of TURO? Or host's? Or double "AGAIN"? We were too exhausted after struggling more than 2hrs to ask anything more, what we wanted was to end it. Thirdly, we didn't find GPS in the car while on Turo's page was described available. The last, Turo didn't call us for any apologies, but the host did in the second day, and he said he was disappointed too and won't rent in Turo again. I do appreciate his communication. However, this is what happened. And I hope this never happened to anyone in Turo.
Pick up and return of the vehicle was very easy. Harshith was very friendly and communication was great. The car was perfect for my needs. I highly recommend his vehicle for future rental thanks Harshith!
