Delivery details
Airport pick up/drop off is dependent on owner schedule and will require written confirmation from owner. Additionally, pick up/drop off must be made IN PERSON at departure/arrival by the person that rented the car through TURO.

If you are staying at the owner's AirBnB, there is no charge for pick up/drop off between check in and check out times (3pm and 12pm). Outside of those hours, you can pay the airport pick up/drop off fee or Uber/Lyft over to the AirBnB.

All airport deliveries/drop off will be made outside of baggage claim. Pretty smooth process at pdx!
No pets. No smoking. No parties. :)The last is probably okay but please return the vehicle *clean with a full tank of gas* and do not use it for off-road activities.

Ours pets don't ride in it and neither should anyone else's. Thank you!

If the car requires cleaning, gas, or other incidentals, we will alert you in writing within 24 hrs of our becoming aware and pursue reimbursement through Turo. (Has never happened, but you never know.)
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
This is the "we'll figure it out" part. This is a mechanically well-maintained vehicle. But things happen. -If you caused the issue--caused body damage or broke something, for instance--shoot me a text and refer to FAQ 1. I'll get an estimate when you're back and we'll manage it through Turo. Has never happened but you never know. Everyone has bad days. -If something happened that wasn't operator caused--a window stops working or something--shoot me a text and refer to FAQ 1. Please know that I know that this is a 2004 vehicle:).
What if something goes wrong while I have your car?
First and foremost, don't sweat it! We'll figure it out. Is it drive-able and can you live with the issue? -If answer to both is yes, shoot me a text so I can schedule a repair, and enjoy the vehicle. -If it's drive-able but you don't want to deal with the issue, contact Turo to rent an alternate vehicle and shoot me a text so we can coordinate a pick up. -If the car is NOT drive-able, contact Turo's Roadside Assistance # (in driver's side visor compartment) and shot me a text.
