This car should be taken out of turo. I was upstate and the car broken down. To start my pick up was at 10am and got the car at 7pm which I lost a full day. When I'm on the road the car I notice the oil light is on and when I check it the oil was try. Had to buy 7 oil containers to refill. Tires kept going low and had to make multiple stops to fill it up. When I speak with the owner which was not reliable or picking up his calls he tells me the car has issues. I then told him I wanted a refund for my rental and since I took the car I haven't heard from him. I have tried to contact turo and no one has responded. This was the worst experience of my life.
Adnan was great to work with, however the car's description could be updated. The car has relatively high mileage, almost 150k. And the engine light was on the whole time due to an unknown reason. This caused me concern only because the car would shake every now and again and the hybrid system says it needs servicing. Because of these issues I am giving this review only 3 stars. But adnan was very accomodating and easy to work with through the renting process.
