We have a shuttle! It is FREE for airport rentals. Our lot is located in Philadelphia 5 minutes from Philadelphia airport. Location is safe and secure, shuttle drops off right at the car!
Vehicles equipped with Toll Pass (EZ Pass) will be billed an additional 20% convenience processing fee. For our vehicles that are not equipped, a $10 administration fee per toll billed and/or violation received will be added.

Chris is a nice guy and my review has more to do with Turo, but this trip was problematic to say the least. Tire pressure light came on within a few minute of trip beginning while on I-95 - pressure was at 20 psi which is very dangerous. Also, I understand the concept of "Turo Lots", but being new to the app I find it incredibly misleading that this particular listing was lumped into the curbside delivery category, especially when it is an instant booking. Curbside Delivery, in my opinion, means people DELIVER the car to you CURBSIDE at the airport, not wait for 20 minutes at the terminal for a shuttle and then drive to a back lot of a sketchy hotel in SW Philadelphia. Finally, every car I have rented via Turo has started with a full tank of gas, which I was happy to refill. This car had 3/4 tank. I looked up the Kia Sorrento gas tank volume online in order to refill it accurately, did the math, but still ended up filling the tank. I know it is Turo policy that they don't have to have full gas tank, so they should adjust this. Lastly, Turo does not allow you to adjust the time of rental to start it earlier if you land early on your flight, etc... I had to call Chris, who called Turo to rectify the situation, which I appreciated. The app should allow you to adjust this without calling. This Turo lot was also, in my opinion, not the safest place to be. So - TURO needs to get things more dialed in.
I am giving a 5star review based upon this was my 1st experience. NOTE: I did feel it was assuming and rude to ask to clean the car at a car wash and vacuum it out after having the car for barley 24 hours. I also will Note that in the same request CHRIS stated something about him having this car detailed on a semi regular bases. Not true, as a person who owns multiple cars (Custom Cars) I have my cars and trucks hand detailed 2x per month. So I am aware of how a detailed car/truck should look. But I will say other than that it was a good trip. Unless we want to discuss the low tire pressure issue. CHRIS also stated he was working to correct that situation. My take however is a different approach, if you cannot locate a leak on a tire or rim and are using the vehicle to establish Revenue, install a New rim and tire. Problem solved. Sorry about the rant. However as i stated I was a bit irritated to have been asked to wash and Vacuum a car. Thank you Chris for the quick response throughout the trip.
By no fault really of Chris this vehicle wasn't in condition should've been. Seems few people abused car a bit making the next renters experience not as pleasant. Chris has great communication and made an effort to resolve issues.
Wasn't that clean lots of hair but drove well and was very spacious

Car was clean, comfortable and worked perfectly. The experience was extremely enjoyable. Just a note, that the car is located in a parking lot about 10 minutes away and it can take the shuttle 20-30 minutes to pick you up from the airport. So I would plan at least 40 minutes.
We booked the Kia last minute with Chris and he was very accommodating. His car was clean and in great driving condition. He is business oriented and is a friendly person. He also is not overpriced, which is great because most listing around my area are extremely high. I come to Turo to look for a deal and with Chris I got one! If it wasn't for him I would have been renting from Avis. Thank you Chris for all your help. We will be renting from you again in the new future
