When the jeep was delivered it was delivered almost 30 minutes past the scheduled time. The car wasn't the cleanest and when I turned the car on several service lights came on. I would recommend detailing the car and doing some maintenance on the vehicle before it is rented out again.
This was my first time using Turo but I would highly recommend it. They were quite flexible in coordinating dropping off the vehicle to a valet for me to pick up at my convenience after my flight arrived at the airport. The car had some minor imperfections but was relatively clean and exactly what I was looking for. They were friendly and easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all my questions. I would definitely use again.
This was my first experience using Turo and overall I would recommend other users to it. I didn't interact with Rosana. She had the car prepared for me at valet connections at DTW which worked well, however valet connections was unaware of this sort of service happening and we were slightly delayed on either end (pick up and drop off). Nothing too concerning. The vehicle rode smoothly, and we enjoyed having the extra space. A few of the negatives were that it had under a half tank when we received the car and perhaps the biggest negative feedback I have is that the front passenger floorboard was completely soaked through due to the Michigan rain. We suspected it was caused by a leak in the body of the car on that side of the car. It caused our personal items in the passenger side to become very wet which was a big nuisance. We found it very affordably priced compared to rental car options and still convenient from the airport, but some easy fixes could have made our experience closer to a "5 star". Thanks!
