Is there an age limit to rent this car?
Unfortunately there is. Turo imposes a 30-year-old age limit for this car (see https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/204496224-Are-there-age-restrictions-for-certain-vehicles- )
Can I smoke or eat in the car?
No. I try to preserve the luxury for others, and that includes keeping the car smelling fresh. Smoking or eating in the car is not allowed. Food and smoke smells incur a hefty penalty (see guidelines).
Can I have additional drivers?
Absolutely! There is no charge for additional drivers, but additional drivers must complete the registration and approval process with Turo, and be noted in the rental notes for the car. How far can I drive on a full battery?
Your range depends upon how you drive (heavy foot?), the terrain (lots of hills, head wind, etc.), the outside temperature (super cold or hot weather gives shorter range), just like a gasoline or diesel-powered car. The EPA-rated range for this car is 257 miles, but your range may vary from that. Don't forget that you can charge this car for FREE at all Tesla Superchargers. What other car can you fill up for free?
How much does it costa me if I scrape the rims on a curb?
While autopark is great, making sure you do not scrap a curb remains your responsibility. Should you get curb rash on one of the wheels, the cost to repair each wheel is $150. Please make me aware of any curb damage at the time of return.
What charging adapters are included with the Tesla?
