The car is in excellent conditions. It has an awesome sunroof! It's very comfortable especially the driver's seat. It's a small SUV with a lot of space. It also has a friendly user bike rack (attached to the hitch) to fit two bikes (included in the rental for free upon request). The car is equipped with two chargers; one for an Android phone and one for an Iphone. There is also a cell phone holster in the car.
I had a pretty bad experience with this car owner and I have written the account as follows.
TL;DR: very unpleasant and difficult to deal with if there's problem. I'm sure she's perfectly reasonable when everything works out smoothly, but that's probably a given.
I booked this car for a Friday and the owner contacted me to give me the keys on Thursday night. When we met, we discovered that the battery was dead because the owner had forgotten to turn off the lights since last use. We were able to jump start it and although I was doubting whether it would be able to do a cold start in the morning, she insisted that I should be able to start it in the morning, so I went ahead with the booking. The next morning I tried the car and it would not start. I messaged her about it immediately, but I told her I wouldn't be able to meet until after work to return the keys to her. Prior to meeting to return the key to her, I called Turo support to inform them that I was unable to use the car at all since it didn't start and I would need to cancel the booking and a refund. Turo support told me that the cancellation would have to be done by the car owner since the booking was already over by that time. When we met on Friday evening, I informed the owner that I needed her to cancel the booking so I could get my refund. She did not want to refund me through official Turo channels because she said they would charge a fee for canceling it. She offered to reimburse me herself. However, when I told her that my total was $75 (her fee, taxes, and insurance fee), she said she would only be willing to refund me her portion of the fee which was $60. I told her I needed to be refunded the full price I paid, and if she couldn't reimburse me for that then I would have to go back to Turo support. She was extremely uncooperative and refused to help me get my refund through Turo. She also accused me of leaving the car lights on again (even though I told her I turned everything off) and insisted that that was the reason why the car failed to start again.
In the end, she gave me the $60 and I decided it was not worth the effort to go through Turo to get the remaining $15, so I lost $15 from this experience. Obviously $15 is not a huge deal, but I am writing this review to make potential customers aware that she is very unpleasant and difficult to deal with if there's problem. I'm sure she's perfectly reasonable when everything works out smoothly, but that's probably a given.

We really enjoyed the car. It was very clean and had new tires. Lina was very responsive. No issues with headlights -- responding to previous posts that mentioned them. We had the car for almost two weeks.
Lina was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and a wonderful representative for what Turo should be. This was my first time using RR, and thanks to Lina it won't be my last. The car was as deacribed -- clean & well maintained.The lights aren't very bright, so I'm not sure I'd want to drive it on dimly lit roads or for long distances at night, neither of which I did so it wasn't an issue for me. I'd recommend both Lina and her CRV!
I had a great time using Lina's car. Pick up and Drop-off was easy. The car was pretty clean and equipped with a cell-phone holster so I could use my iPhone to navigate and an aux-jack and cord so I could connect my phone to the speakers. The car gets a little shaky after about 70- mph, but it wasn't too troubling. The headlights were not fully function at the time, but Lina is aware of it now. Overall, it was pretty great.
When needing wheels, I usually book a Zipcar because I love the convenience and instant reservation. However, in the future, I will definitely check in with Lina to see if her sweet ride is available. She is extremely prompt in responding to messages and was a pleasure to meet. Her car is spacious, clean, and has a dedicated parking space which is always a major plus. Thanks again, Lina!
