Delivery details
Delivery/Return pick-up available before 8:00 AM/after 5:30 PM Monday-Friday, due to my work schedule. Available 24 hours on holidays and Saturday & Sunday. Otherwise, the vehicle is available for pick-up/drop-off at location right off of Commonwealth Ave/Green Line-B 24 hours/day, 7 days per week.

Vehicle delivery is available to passengers arriving at Logan Airport and in Boston area. Just provide your preferred pickup time as the beginning of your reservation, then message me your airline and arrival concourse, if applicable. *Renter is responsible for all tolls incurred in the process of delivery and return ($1.25-1.50 entering/exiting Logan Airport, varies for other delivery/pickup).

If your itinerary changes, and you'd like to have the car delivered earlier, please edit your rental time at least one hour in advance in Turo due to Turo's unavoidable fees for last-minute time changes. Because of insurance and liability, I cannot turn over the vehicle any earlier than the trip start time.

FAQs
How do tolls work?
The car is equipped with an E-ZPass MA. In 5/6 New England states (excluding Connecticut) we have roadway tolls. In Massachusetts, the Commonwealth has initiated automated tolling along the Mass Pike/I-90 and at various landmarks around Boston (i.e. the airport, tunnels, bridges, etc.). You will receive a request for reimbursement once all tolls have posted to my E-ZPass account.
How do I get to the car for free from the airport?
Getting out of the airport to the rest of the MBTA (T) system is easy via the FREE Silver Line trolleybus. The shuttle joins the rest of the (T) system once it leaves the airport and terminates at South Station, where you will remain in underground stations until you get on the Green B-line. There are helpful apps including "Transit" and "Google Maps" that will give you step by step directions. The Transit app uses GPS to provide voice instructions and tell you when to change and which trains to get on, just enter the address and press "GO." Otherwise, instructions follow: <p> Take the Silver Line shuttle (SL1—SOUTH STATION) to "South Station" from any terminal. Look for the (T) with a silver/gray line behind it on airport signage indicating "Silver Line." You will also see blue ones, but the blue will require you pay a fare (instructions from Blue Line below). <p> -Once you arrive at South Station, find any signs indicating "Red Line" or "Alewife" and follow signs down the stairs to "Alewife." Take the train 2 stops to "Park Street."<br> -At Park Street, find any signs on stairways leading to "Green Line," "B.C.," or "B—Boston College." -Look for overhead digital signs that say either "D)..." or "B) # stops away" to know that you're in the right place. The B train picks up closest to the stairs that go down to the Red Line. -Take the "B-Boston College" train to "Babcock Street." -Once the announcer makes any announcement about "Babcock Street," be sure to press the yellow or black strip to request stop. -Get off, cross the street heading north to 278 Babcock St. The parking garage is located underneath New Balance Field. If you get confused, people in Boston are usually very friendly when it comes to helping people get around the (T) system. Feel free to ask any MBTA employee or other passenger how to get to Kenmore. Anyone at Kenmore can tell you how to get to "Babcock Street on the B line."
How do I get the car from (T) Blue Line?
It's just as easy as the silver line, but you will have to pay once you airport shuttle drops you off at the (T) Blue Line - Airport station. There are fare vending machines in the baggage claim area and at (T) Airport station. -Take any airport shuttle to the (T) Blue Line -Once at (T) Airport Station, follow signs to "Inbound"/"Bowdoin." -Ride 3 stops to "Government Center." -At Government Center, go up the stairs and take any train to "B-Boston College, C-Cleveland Circle, D-Riverside, or E-Heath Street VIA Park." -If you were lucky enough to get an elusive "B-Boston College" train from Government Center just skip this step. Otherwise, ride the train you got on one stop to Park Street. Get off and look for the pillar with the "B" on it. It's close to the stairs that go down to the Red Line. -Take the "B-Boston College" train to "Babcock Street." Once the announcer makes any announcement about "Babcock Street," be sure to press the yellow or black strip to request stop. -Get off, cross the street heading north to 278 Babcock St. The parking garage is located underneath New Balance Field. If you get confused, people in Boston are usually very helpful when it comes to helping people get around the (T) system. Feel free to ask any MBTA employee or other passenger how to get to Kenmore or BU. Most travelers, and (T) employees at Kenmore can tell you how to get to "Babcock Street on the B line."
Uh oh, I might go over on mileage?
That's OK, life happens. At the end of the trip, extra mileage will be calculated and billed at the rate preset by Turo and found in your reservation.
Dang it! I am running late to return the car.
If you know you're going to need to keep the car longer or may be a few minutes late, please contact me immediately. If you are going to be late, you should attempt to update your reservation within the app or online. I will then approve this change in your reservation for a later return, if the car is available. If the car isn't available, you'll need to figure it out, as this is the time you have selected to return the car and it may be rented out shortly after or I may have plans. Remember that Turo's provided insurance and any purchased trip coverage expire at the end of your reservation. Late fees apply to late returns under Turo's fee structure which are billed at a non-prorated rate of $50/hour, up to $200. See https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990710-Late-Return-Policy for more details.
I arrived earlier than I originally anticipated, can I have the car before my reservation begins?
Yes and no. Insurance and trip protections do not begin until the start time on the reservation. If you were to be involved in an accident, you would not be covered through Turo, and neither would I. Therefore, you may change the start time of the reservation in the app or online; however, Turo may have a fee involved with this that is out of my control. If you do not agree with the fee, please do not proceed, as I cannot override or refund it.
Well, I can't find a gas station and don't have time to refill.
It's OK, I will refuel for you and upload a gas receipt upon your request. There will be a convenience fee equal to one gallon of fuel added to the cost of the refuel.
