Why my car? Because my goal is to provide you with an excellent rental experience - one that you could not buy from a traditional rental.
**NO SMOKING and NO PETS **
Any evidence of smoking or pets in the car, a $250 Detailing Fee will apply. I will request reimbursement through the Turo Reimbursement tool.
I will give you the car with gas full and I expect the same in return. That way, we both don't need to deal with receipts and reimbursements.
If car is returned without being refueled; I will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement via the Turo Reimbursement Request tool. An additional $20 will be added to the cost of the fuel. I will provide you with a receipt for the gas should you request.
Why wait in the cash lane and waste time when you can zip through the tolls with EZ pass? EZ pass is always in the glove box so that you have the option to pay with cash if you so desire - use it only if you want to or need to. At the end of the rental period, I will request reimbursement via Turo Reimbursement Tool for any tolls incurred during your rental period ($2 fee applies to cover transaction costs). I will provide you with a statement for the rental period of all tolls incurred if requested.

Nice car, it had its bumps and scratches, but it's very travel friendly. Sheela was also really easy to work with, she accepted our last minute rental request and then we also extended our rental.
Sheela was great to deal with, very professional. We are new to Turo and she was very patient with our learning the app! The car was immaculate and fuel efficient. Our experience was so positive we used Sheela again on our second visit to Boston!
When we picked up the car it was in ok condition; was not cleaned too much and had some scratches/dings. Sheela was cordial, but all business. We returned the car 5 hours early the next day since we had to catch a flight but were ok still paying for the full 24hrs since we were happy to find a ride so last minute. Still she did not hesitate to request additional reimbursement to the fullest extent possible. This was for an additional 50 miles and not returning the gas to full. In addition to the price of gas she charged an extra $20 for her to fill it (really?). Also, a 100-mile limit? It’s a Subaru, not a Porsche. While we understand the validity of the excess charges, I would look elsewhere next time.
