My ride to the rental was by a registered on call nurse who was call in @ 7:30am. I can't contacted the owner @ 7:33am for a 10am pick time attempted to give a number of subjections and solutions to resolve the issue just offering to pay for him an uber or allowing me to get an uber, but i only need a little exact time, and after what it seemed like him stalling the conversation by taking longer and lomger to response. I actually asked a neighbor to use her call and while on my way he informed me he had already called and cancelled. With no refund of $300 I am a single mother of three and actually begged for him not to take the full amount for an entire week paid and he did anyway.... I urge everyone not expect any consideration or flexibility from this owner AT ALL
Make sure your plans don't change. My flight changed so the pick up time changed. I didn't think it would be a big deal because it wasn't explained to me that he lived a half an hour away until he was already pissed off. He called me a no show, cancelled, and then tried to charge me the full amount. He was petty and agro about it. If things come up in your life, it's probably not a good idea to rent with this guy. He did not like plans changing.

Easy pickup/drop off at the airport, no problems with the car.
I have many trips under my belt with Turo, but Lou was truly 5-star. His prices were better than any car/SUV but his service made it incredible seamless. He was there at curbside to pick me up the second I walked outside and within 2 minutes we were at the car and I was on my way. On the way back he dropped me off right at my terminal - couldn't have been better. Super easy to communicate with before trip. The Jeep was impeccable and really smooth. I also forgot a jacket in the car and Lou graciously offered to mail it back to me. Perfect all around.
